Maintenance Technician performs diversified duties which include but are not limited to preventative maintenance, interior and exterior facilities maintenance, machine maintenance, and electrical maintenance. Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. Provide training as a qualified technician in all maintenance aspects to subordinates. Possess hand tools and tool box for maintenance work (screwdrivers, metric and standard wrenches, metric and standard allen wrenches, flashlight, plier set, hammers, multiple sizes of socket sets, electrical tools, pry bars, precision tools, etc…)


Perform and document preventative maintenance, while continually updating and evolving system with inputs from all maintenance personnel.

SUMMARY:

The Process Engineer works to define, design, and maintain consistently formatted processes that are used in the shop. He/She will serve as a source of manufacturing knowledge and manufacturing decisions for the shop floor. The Process Engineer will supply the machinists with all pertinent information that is required to complete his/her needed task.


• Create manufacturing processes for new products and in support of quoting activities • Maintain existing processes - revision changes, cost improvements, and trouble-shooting • Communicate process requirements with internal and external customers • Look for possible process improvements and consult with a senior Manufacturing
