It’s our 90th Birthday and we’re celebrating with Music to the Nines! Count them up from Dvořák's famous New World Symphony — and the Michigan premiere of Adrian Wyard's visual choreography to that iconic music — to Haydn's classic Symphony No. 90, and from Mahler's divine Symphony No. 9 all the way to Beethoven's trail-blazing Symphony No. 9.

This season is brimming with the best and brightest soloists from around the world and around our town. You'll hear the virtuosity and fresh interpretations from the great symphonic repertoire including both Vivaldi's and Piazzolla's Four Seasons, a seldom-heard piano masterpiece by a young Mozart, Piano Concerto No. 9, as well as his final masterpiece, The Requiem, and rollicking folk dances from Bartók.
