Rule of the law, Employiong , corruption , know better,New , follow the rule, Unnecessary---Central law, Undesireable, influenced, Reach to the needy Police is integral part of the security system of a society .Employiong officers not on the basis of their location o fresidence brings is a very useful approach Rule of law does not require one to be local of a territory.For insatcne, vicotrian police member doesn not necessarily need to be Victorian for all his life, to become a good police officer in the state, because there is a central law which he should fiollwo and deal others according to it.Morover, this above practice, reduce the chance of being influenced .For insatcne, In chakeal city , Pakstan , Police officers refusef to fiel complain against him , because he knew the local and this was influencing his decision making process.thus, being local affects the performance of a police officer negatively .Although it can not be denied that a person from local area can be more helpful by paroling the dangerous areas but this van be easily covered by someone who is regularly informed and paln well to perform hisduties.In conclusion,it is irrele vant for one to be from the local area to be a good worker.
