Security Deposit

1-Month equivalent Security Deposit is required. Initial deposit is based on dwelling type, included in the first month's bill. Additional deposit will be collected to top up the deposit to ensure the amount is equal to 1 month.

SP Services will offset your current deposit automatically in the next bill. The offset is approximately 65% of the original deposit. The balance is maintained with SP for gas and water consumption.

For Relocation or Expatriation during your contract with iSwitch, instead of paying the Early Termination Charge, you only have to pay a small flat fee that is based on your dwelling type as per below:

Sign up only takes 5 minutes, all you need is your SP Account number and NRIC.If you are not the account holder you can sign up on their behalf by providing a copy of SP account holder’s NRIC and have the SP account holder acknowledge the Letter of Authorization emailed upon submission for the system to process the application.

When relocating with Singapore, if you provide valid documents and re-contract with iSwitch, once you move to your new premise, the small flat fee you paid will be refunded to your new account. So you incur no charges for relocation!

Payment Online AXS Kiosk Machines

You can set up recurring credit card payments to pay your bills. That means you can enjoy automatic payments and allow those credit card points to be auto-added every month.

You can access your bill and pay online via the iSwitch Self Service Portal (SSP).

You can make payment at any AXS machine island wide using your iSwitch bill or iSwitch account number.

1 Month before the contract ends, iSwitch will contact you via SMS and Email to inform you to pick a renewal plan.
