Pledge to be undertaken by the Graduands

üKindly bring this invitation with you.

üInvitees and Graduands with their guests are requested to be in

their allotted seats by 10.00 a.m.

üAll are requested to stand-up when the academic procession

enters the hall and remain standing till the dignitaries are seated.

üThe invitees are requested not to bring children with them.

üPlease set your cell phones in silent mode, Camera and hand-over

at main gate reception.

üAt the end, all are requested to stand-up and remain standing till

the academic procession leaves the hall.

üOnly official photographers and videographers will be allowed to

cover the function; all should be responsible to maintain the

decorum of the ceremony

üKindly maintain discipline during the entire programme

üAvoid clapping during the function
