• varicose veins, diffuse blue telangiectasias, specially in feet
• CEAP 3s/ VCSS 6
• 2 previous VV surgery, Bilateral GSV stripping
• Duplex scan:
• SVS- Safenectomia magna bilateralmente. DIREITA: Safena parva incompetente até o terço médio da perna drenando o refluxo para varizes. ESQUERDA: 2 perfurantes tibiais posteriores incompetentes na face medial da perna (2.9mm e 3.4mm) gerando varizes
