For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

All over the world this gospel is bearing fruit and growing, just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and understood God's grace in all its truth.

Colossians

1:6

Appropriately, the free unmerited love and favor of God, the spring and source of all the benefits men receive from him.

GRACE also means receiving God's blessings we don't deserve.

1. The Grace of God in our Salvation.

2. The Grace of God in our Total Development and Transformation.

3. The Grace of God in our Calling to Serve in the Ministry.

4. The Grace of God in our Times of Needs and Prosperity.

Hebrews 4:16 Let us then approach the throne

of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and

find grace to help us in our time of need.

Hebrews 10:1919 Therefore, brothers and sisters, since

we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus,

1 John 2:1 My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One

(AMP) Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God's unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it].

(CEV) So whenever we are in need, we should come bravely before the throne of our merciful God. There we will be treated with undeserved kindness, and we will find help.

(LITV) Therefore, let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and we may find grace for timely help.

2Corinthians 8:9 For you know the grace of our Lord

Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich.

AMPLIFIED BIBLE 2Corinthians 8:9 For you are becoming progressively

acquainted with and recognizing more strongly and clearly the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ (His kindness, His gracious generosity, His undeserved favor and spiritual blessing), [in] that though He was [so very] rich, yet for your sakes He became [so very] poor, in order that by His poverty you might become enriched (abundantly supplied).

2Corinthians 9:8

And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so

that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in

every good work.

Galatians 3:18 For if the inheritance depends on the law, then it no longer depends on a promise; but God in his grace gave it to Abraham through a promise.

Galatians 3:29 If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Genesis 12:1 The LORD had said to Abram, "Leave your country, your people and your father's household and go to the land I will show you.

Genesis 12:2 "I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing.

Genesis 12:3 I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you."

2 Corinthians 8:77 But since you excel in everything—

in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in the love we have kindled in you see that you also excel in this grace of giving.

James 4:2-32 You desire but do not have, so you

kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you

do not ask God. 3 When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may

spend what you get on your pleasures.

2Corinthians 9:8

You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.

1Timothy 6:17

Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.

1Timothy 6:18

Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share.

In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.
