Bond Market Update1. Bond rates remained

relatively stable during the Summer but have been rising during the Fall as the economy continues to heat-up and inflation fears increase.

2. However, we remain in a period of historically low rates.

3. This continues to be a good time to borrow on behalf of District taxpayers.

4. Additional volatility warrants prudent planning for future sales.
