1. Select Sales Type New - new product/ready to ship item Pre-order - order placed for an item which has not yet been released Used - one that is being purchased by or otherwise transferred to a second or later end user
2. Select product Category (3 level) Upper-Level Mid-Level Lower-Level
3. Insert Product Name Suggestion: [Brand][Product][MISC]
4. Upload product images Click Search > select image > click open/select
Notes: a.Size for Main Image - 1000 x 1000 b.Size for Additional Image - 400 x 400

5. Insert Product Description such as product materials, sizes, color and etc. The more details available, your customer will have more understanding about your product. 6. Choose whether the product is purchasable by underage or not.
7. Select the GST rate from GST Applicable option Standard Rate - taxable supplies of goods and services which are subject to GST at standard rate Exempted Rate - goods or services which are not subject to GST Zero Rate - taxable supplies of goods and services which are subject to GST at zero percent rate Flat Rate - GST rate are determined by seller

8. Date of product Selling Period
9. Insert product Selling Price (before discount, if any)
10. Key in Discount by Seller whether in RM or % format. Include discount period, if any.
11. Accurate Product Weight is important to calculate shipment fee
12. Provide accurate number of Stock Quantity available for sale to avoid out of stock condition
13. Setup Product Option if item have more than one option.
Select Number of Input Type option (if any). This option is for customer to insert specific information required by seller

14. Select your pre-set shipping template and all the information (address, shipping method, shipping rate, shipping exclusions will be retrieved from pre- set template)
15. If there is no shipping template pre-set before, please continue with key in the necessary information such as ship form and return/ exchange address, shipping method, shipping rate, shipping exclusions
16. Save and use this Shipping Template next time by key in the template name (exp: General - Pos Laju)
17. Include description for After Sale Services such as free maintenance for 3 months. Any services covered after the sales process and duration
18. Include terms and condition for Return Policy (etc: one-on one exchange within 1 week with no question asked)

1. Insert Promotion Text to grab buyer attention.
2. Seller Product Code is a specific product coding for seller reference and recoding purposes. Seller product code will not appear in front end which mean buyer will not access to this number
3. Origin country of the product being manufactured.
4. Promotion offered by seller through Credit Offer Technique. For every unit purchased, buyer will get certain amount of reward such as RM 10 buyer credit.
Note: Credit given will bear by seller
5. Tick “Set” if seller offer Multiple Purchase Discount”. Seller can offer RM or % rebate once buyer reach the minimum unit required.

6. Select number of Add-On Item if seller has addition item that buyer can consider to add on (exp: main product: Camera, add-on item: Memory Card)
Remember to key in the stock quantity, price, weight and status
7. Tick “Minimum” if seller would like to set a minimum quantity for buyer to purchase at one time.
8. Select either “Per Order” or “ Per Person” if there is limitation of quantity for buyer to purchase.
