11th Annual Fall Furry Flurry 5 k dog walk ~ to benefit pet rescues Sunday October 20, 2013~ Los Gatos Creek Park, Campbell PLEDGE SHEET

 Pet  Awareness  and  Welfare  Society  for  SJACS  and  the  Bay  Area  Siberian    Husky  Club  are  nonprofit  animal  welfare  organizations.  All  registration    fees  from  this  walk  in  excess  of  expenses  will  go  to  the  medical  needs  of    the  animals  in  PAWS  and  BASH  programs.  Pledges  for  walkers  go  directly    to  the  rescue  group  indicated  on  the  pledge  sheet.
