Delhi International Arts Festival is now recognised world over as a ‘Brand India’ festival of the arts. Delhi International Arts Festival welcomes artistes, writers, thinkers, cultural practitioners and cultural

The Delhi International Arts Festival, the Signature Arts Festival of India, draws the attention of the world to India’s soft power, expressed through the arts. The tagline of the Festival is –“Where India meets the World.”
Today, DIAF is recognised as India’s most prestigious arts festival where boundaries dissolve and the idiom of ‘One World’ comes alive – the concept of VasudhaivaKutumbakam.
DIAF is the only arts festival in India that has a collector’s ‘First Day Cover’ and a cancelled stamp released in it’shonour by the Dept. Posts & Telegraphs, Govt of India.
A breath taking line up of artistic presentations include Contemporary dance from Taiwan-Tai Body Theatre, from Russia –‘Dance to Fly, Laugh to Cry’, circus theatre from Argentina, Dervish from Egypt and the Prasiddha Dance Repertory, PrathibhaPrahlad’s world famous dance group will be presented at the Opening in Purana Quila.
A key vertical of DIAF this year is a literary segment titles ‘Words Count-festival of words’ which will see a power packed line up of published authors from the world of politics, journalism, literature & cinema. Indian authors Amish Tripathy, Manmohan Vaidya, Pavan Varma, Karthika VK, Subramanyam Swamy and others and international authors Fredrick Beighbeder are some of the eminent names.
An important part of this year’s festival is the 3-day programme being organised in collaboration with DLF. DLF Promenade is going
