11th Week Accomplishment Report on the Activities Undertaken by Mining/Quarry Operators in Region IV CALABARZON in re: Compliance with R.A.      Name of Program/Activity: Provision of food relief assistance  Location : Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City, Rizal  

     

  • The company provided food relief assistance to the families of Barangay tanods of 72 Sitios in Barangay San Jose. Moreover, through GDC’s CSR, they also provided food package assistance containing rice, canned goods and noodles to the 121 CTPTODA.  

     GDC staff led the repacking of the rice and the emergency relief goods and were distributed to each Sitios hall such as Tanza 2, Tanza 1, Tanzaville, Elaved and Banderahan.

    Name of Program/Activity: Provision of Vitamins  Location : Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City, Rizal  

     As the Covid 19 pandemic continues, barangay front liners were running out of vitamins. The company had provided 20 boxes of ASCORBIC ACID total of 20,000 pcs. These vitamins will benefit front liners of 72 Sitio’s in Barangay San Jose.

  •  Name of Program/Activity: Provision of disinfectant, Alcohol and

    surgical gloves  Location : Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City, Rizal  

     The company provided 10 gallons of disinfectant, 10 gallons of alcohol and 20 boxes (20,000 pcs) of surgical gloves. These were greatly beneficial to frontliners of different Sitios of Barangay San Jose.
