\ " Government of Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department Civil Secretariat, Jammu. ******* Notification Jammu, the 4thApril, 2016 SRO 12..1 .- In exercise of the powers, conferred by Section 5 of the Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax Act, 1962 and in supersession of SRO 168 dated 04-06-2015 the Government hereby direct that for entry 14 of schedule-B to notification SRO 117 of 2007 dated 30-03-2007, the following entry shall be substituted namely:- "Insurance services, except those which cover agriculture and horticulture crops and all types of cattle wealth, induding infrastructure of dairy, poultry, sheep, goats, bird units, fish farms, services rendered by the State Department of life insurance to the Government Employees of J&K State, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJBY), Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY), Atal Pension Yojana (APY) and Compulsory Medidaim Insurance Policy for Non-Gazetted Employees of the Government of J&K State".
