Note: In the college admissions process, your final grades from 9th, 10th, and 11th grade are very important. However, many schools will also look at your course selection and academic performance in your senior year.

Please check your transcript for errors…drop off in the North counseling office.

Graduation Project (GP)

All students in 11th or 12th grade must do a graduation project!

Three Ways to Register for a Graduation Project:

1. Complete in 12th grade English class.

2. Enroll in a project course and do a project.

(GP courses are identified with a cap and

diploma in the course selection guide).

3. Make independent arrangements with a

teacher/counselor to do a Graduation project.

Community Service• All students must have 20 hours by the

time they graduate.• Forms can be found in the counseling

• Note: If you are in the College Prep Math or Foundations Math you MUST sign up for the next level of math.

• You need to complete a contract with one of the LE teachers by May 1, 2013.

• There is an important meeting for parents to attend this spring.

• Your LE contract will be revoked if you receive any D’s on your report card.

• Work 15 hours per week minimum• Leave school early - 2 or 3 periods• Sign up for in-class Y690 Capstone (1 credit)

and

Y692 CWE Diversified Occupations (2

credits) or CWE in your CTC area

• CTC Example: Building Contruction Student– Y690 Capstone 1 credit and Y655 CWE Building

Construction 2 credits
