Share your survey link with your internal team or clients by using the“Draft/Collaborate” status.

Offer feedback within the survey template without having to use an email thread to manage edits to your survey.

Don’t forget to change it back to “Active” before deployment!

Select Survey Folder > Find Survey > Change Status: Draft/Collaborate

Enable Action Alerts >> Set up Action Criteria

Configure Action, Email, Distribution list, Set up Subject and Email

11. Use 'Variable Mapping‘ to give your own field names to custom variables that you are using in the survey

Change your custom variables in your report to actual names!

Update “Values” that you want to have displayed instead of Custom

Variable 1,2,3 etc.

Update Codes. To pass multiple words through email list, survey, etc, use _ string between words. >> Save

12. Schedule Reminder emails

It is now possible to schedule reminder emails automatically to go out when you want.

Great news for April Ludgate who hates sending out reminder emails to all of Leslie Knope’s survey respondent.

She does not like people in general so anything that requires her to do nothing is good.
