3 Ways to improve your metabolism

Are you suffering from slow or low metabolism? My friends shared with me that that feel
tired easily and low in energy. Naturally, I would ask them to take the natural health care
products from Scientific Tradition but this can only solve part of their problem.
Based on my readings, I realized that we can improve our metabolism rate and increase your
energy levels without the help of supplements.
Let me share with you 3 ways to improve that:
1. Drink more water
We are made up of water mostly and you should at least be drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water
on a daily basis. Water can help to increase your metabolism and flush out fats and toxins.
Plus water can fill up your stomach so you will feel full and prevent you from overeating.
Don't stop at 8 glasses. The more the better.
2. Feed your body with food every 3-4 hours
Eating lesser seems like the way to lose weight for most people but this does not always work
as our body function differently. In fact skipping meals slow down your metabolism.
According to experts, by feeding your body with food every 3-4 hours increases your
metabolism rate and reduce fats storage. PS: I mean consuming the right food at a well
balanced manner throughout the day. Not chocolates :>
3. Do more cardiovascular exercises
This is the obvious. Cardio exercise is necessary for your heart and lung. It also burns
calories too. I always believe in doing your cardio in the late afternoon or evening after your
last meal of the day. This allows you to burn the calories so you will not be sleeping on them.
I hope this article makes sense. Again, I have to highlight that I am not an expert on this.
