Principal’s Report
The staff have been very busy preparing the Student Reports that
will be sent home during Week 10 in the revised format.
Although there are no scheduled Parent/Teacher Interviews, our
teachers are available for appointments if you wish to discuss
your child’s learning. Please contact the office to make a time.
Mrs Cathy Paterson has been very busy assisting with the
assessment process for all students.
Following a very generous donation from the Heathcote Public
School community, we have finally had the shade structure over
the timber cubby house installed. This will provide shade for the
students as well as help to preserve our cubby.
We are eagerly await advice from the Department that we able
to resume with whole school assemblies. This confirmation
should be received on Monday and will be communicated via
school stream.
Thank you to the P&C for applying for the Community Building
Partnership grant on the school’s behalf. If successful we will be
installing a Wellness and Reflection Garden which will also
incorporate an outdoor learning space and a shelter for Miss
Moo-nildra and the buddy bench.
We have been very fortunate to welcome three new students to
our school over the past few weeks. Emily and Katie Forbes and
Trinity Scanlan. Welcome to our school community.
