Treatments

Treatments are the announcements and tones you hearwhen the call cannot be completed.

Calls are sent to treatment for the following reasons:

• !ystem is currently using all available facilities "for e#ample,trunks, voice channels$ and cannot accommodate thecurrent request for service.

• !ystem cannot find instructions to complete the request forservice because of one of the following reasons%

• &atafill is inaccurate.

• Table entries are incomplete.

• !ubscriber features send the call to treatment.• &ialed digits are insufficient or wrong.

• 'alidation process indicates that the subscriber is delinquentor the unit is stolen.
