1.分销商及其他个人,就各项事宜例如申请开立或变更分销商户口，需不时向公司提供有关资料。From time to time, it is necessary for distributors and various other individuals to supply

the Company with data in connection with various matters such as the opening or change of distributor accounts.

2.若未能向公司提供有关资料，会导致银行无法批准开立或变更分销商户口. Failure to supply such data may result in the Company being unable to approve the opening of or continue

distributor accounts.

3.在数据当事人与公司正常业务往来中，例如数据当事人开出支票、存款或进行卡交易时，公司亦会收集到数据当事人的数据。It is also the case that data are collected from data

subjects in the ordinary course of the continuation of the Company relationship, for example, when data subjects write cheques, deposit money or carry out card transactions.

4.数据当事人的有关数据可能会作下列用途：The purposes for which data relating to a data subject may be used are as follows:

(i)向数据当事人提供公司之日常运作服务和公司信息；the daily operation of the Company services and Company facilities provided to data subjects;

(ii)为推广服务、产品及其他促销目标（详情请参阅以下第 7 段）；marketing services, products and other subjects (please see further details in paragraph 7 below);

(iii)确定公司对数据当事人或数据当事人对公司的债务；determining the amount of indebtedness owed to or by data subjects

Remittance Terms And Conditions

1. Enagic HK Co Ltd 得需从收款人收取所有有关电汇之费用，包括汇款银行，汇款银行之联络银行，

收款银行或将会收取有关该项电汇之服务费用，收费银码则根据银行当时厘定之服务收费计算。

Enagic HK Co Ltd The bank is entitled to collect from beneficiary all telegraphic transfer charges and other

charges including those collected or to be collected by the bank's correspondent agent or subagent in

connection with carrying out the instruction in accordance with the bank's prevailing change tariff schedule.

2. 一切费用，由汇款人支付，收费银码根据汇款人银行当时厘定之服务收费计算。

All charges/commission are for the sender's account, such charges/commission shall be in accordance with the

bank's prevailing charge tariff schedule.

3. 汇款之兑现均须按照兑现国家当地及/或有关结算所对于外汇管制或约束，或任何规定及守则支付，

银行及其兑现银行或代理人对于该等管制、约束、规定、或守则所引致客户之任何损失或延误，概不

负责。

Encashment of the remittance is subject to any exchange control or other restrictions which may be imposed

by the rules and regulations of the country where encashment is to be made and/or of the relevant clearing

house. Neither the bank nor it's correspondents or agents shall be liable for any loss or delay caused by such

rules and regulations.

4. 若客户没有提供有关数据，或数据不足或不正确，该笔款项有权被拒收、退回、延迟或被收取任何

额外费用，本公司无须就此承担任何损失及责任。而有关被海外银行收取的费用，将会从汇款中或客

户任何银行户口中扣取。

For all remittance information is insufficient or is invalid or incorrect, the telegraphic transfer is liable to be

rejected, returned and/or delayed, usually with charges imposed. Enagic HK Co Ltd accepts no responsibility

for any loss or damage suffered by any person arising out of such rejection, return and/or delay. Any charges

imposed by the receiving bank may be deducted from the payment amount or any of your accounts.

运输公司

因本公司货品体积太大关系﹐所以不能寄往邮政信箱。请提供街道地址。

为确保送件快捷顺利﹐请提供收件人名称﹐地址﹐电话号码﹐及邮区编号 (如适用)。

为方便联络收件人﹐ 请勿将货件送往货仓。

所有寄往海外货品将会使用 EMS/DHL/本公司指定运输公司。 特别情况下亦可用客人指定运输公司。

EMS

- 如货品是礼物﹐货件将会列明为”礼品”。但入境时海关仍可能收取税项。

- EMS 可以提供保险服务﹐如果货件在运送过程中遇上损坏或遗失均可按照提单上列明的货价赔偿。

请留意货物保险服务并不包括间接或因延误的损坏或遗失。

DHL

- 运输公司要求每次寄货一定要提供发票。

- 如货品是礼物﹐货件将会列明为”礼品”。运输公司要求所有货品都需要列明货价以方便海关查阅﹐因

此提单上都会列明货价。

- DHL可以提供保险服务﹐如果货件在运送过程中遇上损坏或遗失均可按照提单上列明的货价赔偿。

请留意货物保险服务并不包括间接或因延误的损坏或遗失。

无法投递的货物

无法投递的货物会被退回寄件人。如因地址错误﹐拒收﹐或其他错误数据而导致货物被退回﹐运费将

不会被发还。请提供正确数据才可重新寄货。

海关及税项

寄往海外的货品在入境到目的地国家时有可能会被征收入境税。跨境货品的收件人有义务要缴付该国

家征求的税项。海关方面所征求的其他费用也应由收件人负责。因每个国家的入境条例都有分别﹐所

以请联络当地海关查询详细数据。本公司并不负责因清关问题而导致的延误。

包装

因原装包装只能容纳一部水机及标准配件﹐运费只包括一部水机及标准配件。如要连同其他物品寄货

是无法放同一箱。

配件亦有标准运费。如要连同其他物品寄货请联络有关同事查询附加运费。

遗失

如货品是礼物或代第三者代购时﹐代表阁下已代收件人授权 Enagic HK Co., Ltd. 处理此订单。

所有海外订购单都是依照订单处理。当货品交托运输公司后如有遗失﹐本公司一概不需负责。

运送时间

寄往海外货品有可能遇到清关问题而导致延误。请向有关同事查询阁下货件的提单号码及大约运送时

间。

私隐

我们明白阁下私隐的重要性﹐亦了解阁下想知道我们如何使用阁下的数据。希望大家明白海关有权抽

查所有跨境货物。因此我们有需要提供足够数据给运输公司令对方能清楚与海关交代所运送货品数据

﹐使货品清关顺利及不抵触当地法律。

4. 寄回本公司运费是由发件人负责。如产品发生问题或损坏是因为用户人为错误或产品已经

过了保养期，本公司均不会负责寄回买家运费。

5. 如产品经检验后发觉并无任何问题，本公司不会负责寄回买家的运费。

6. 如寄回产品到本公司时，遇上遗失，损坏或清关等问题，寄件人需自行处理，本公司不会

负责。

7. 当寄回产品到买家时，当地海关有可能征收税项。所有有关清关费用均由收件人负责。

8. 如本公司指定寄到中国国内维修点, 因维修点非本公司办事处请用快递送到,

切勿擅自手提到维修点影响他人办事处运作。

寄回时包括的配件

1. 请将水机连水喉及过滤器装好，放入原装包装盒内，如新机一样妥善包装。

2. 白色供水水喉末端及灰色水管末端都请装好红色小红帽。

3. 请确保电解促进液箱内没有促进液。
