Description: The subject vehicles are equipped with front passenger airbag in�ators produced by Takata. The propellant inthese in�ators may degrade after prolonged exposure to high absolute humidity and �uctuating high temperatures.Degraded propellant can cause the in�ator to explode during airbag deployment.

In the event of an in�ator explosion, metal fragments could pass through the airbag cushion material, striking the vehicleoccupants, and result in serious injury or death.

Remedy: The remedy will consist of the replacement of the airbag in�ator or the airbag assembly, depending on the vehiclemodel. Call 1-888-794-7328 to schedule your repair today!
