For the user The advantages of 4411-Parking are numerous; • correct small change is no longer necessary. • no more worries about how much parking time and money is needed. • only pay for the actual time parked. If there is a parking time limit in a particular zone, the system can warn the owner of the parked car when the maximum permitted parking time is about to expire. • registered users can access a personal and secure page on www.4411.be, or via the 4411 app, where they can view a complete list of all their parking transactions. • they can also start or end a parking session via the internet or the app. • parking fees can be paid and invoiced separately, or combined with the mobile phone invoice or pre-pay credit (mandatory for users of the app and clients of Mobistar and Base). Parking fees are paid via the mobile phone invoice of the mobile network operator or via a separate parking invoice.

Simple to control The 4411 parking payment method is available as an integrated package, along with several options for control purposes.

The control application designed by Mobile-for can be integrated with the systems of various control equip-ment manufacturers. In collaboration with various partners, the software can also be optimised for the control of metered parking, SMS parking, limited-par-king zones, resident parking permits and the preparati-on and monitoring of parking fees or charges.

Reporting and financial settlement Through a secure connection to the Mobile-for inter-net platform, the city or municipality can access all 4411 parking operations 24/7 in real-time, or request a filtered historical summary. Mobile-for prepares a detailed report every month with statistics indicating the evolution of usage. This report includes:• Number of parking transactions (daily / weekly)• Number of unique users (daily / weekly)• Number of parking transactions per zone• Total parking fees processed and received• Take-up level as a percentage of traditional payment methods (meters)

• Average parking fee per transaction• Comparison with previous months Mobile-for receives parking fees via the mobile net-work operators or via individual invoices for registered users. These parking fees are integrally transferred to the city or municipality every month. Mobile-for subse-quently sends an invoice to the city or municipality for the services provided.

Financial returns4411-Parking will provide the city or municipality with more income from parking and reduce costs, as well as increasing flexibility and speed when expanding parking zones and parking permits.
