Method One: WiFi Extension by WPS button

Press the WPS button on the router for 2 seconds. (SSID: TOTOLINK A2004NS)

Press the 2.4G WPS button on EX750 for 2 seconds. Wait for a while. Until the 2.4G EXT indicator turns solid lighting, 2.4G WiFi network extending successfully. (SSID: TOTOLINK EX750)

Then press the WPS button on the router for 2 seconds again. (SSID: TOTOLINK A2004NS_5G)

One-click WPS connection makes it easy to extend the coverage of your existing WiFi network. Here we take A2004NS as primary Router.

You can put EX750 close the router to setup WPS connection, then unplug it and place it anywhere within the WiFi coverage. EX750can remember the last connected AP and firstly connect to it when powered on.

TIPS:

NOTENOTE: EX750 allows you to change the extended SSID for extender. So that you can keep a separated SSID for extending WiFi network, not same as primary router.

V1.1501LAN Port: This port is used to connect the PC.

5G WPS: Press this button for 5G WiFi network extension.

2.4G WPS: Press this button for 2.4G WiFi network extension.

SSID: TOTOLINK EX750

ON/OFF: Slide this switch to power on or off the device.

RST: Press this button for more than 5 seconds, the device will be reset to factory default settings.

Power: The indicator keep lighting after powered on.

5G EXT: The indicator is blinking when searching for primary AP, keep lighting when connected.

2.4G EXT: The indicator is blinking when searching for primary AP, keep lighting when connected.

LNK/ACT: The indicator will keep lighting when connected.

CPU: The indicator is blinking after powered on, keep fast blinking after the RST button pressed.

Choose “Use the following IP address”,IP address: 192.168.0.5, default gateway: 192.168.0.254. Click OK--OK.

Right-click “ Network — Properties— Local Area Connection — Properties”.

Double-click “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)”

1 Setup your PC (Connect your PC to the LAN port of EX750):

2 Setup the EX750 :

Open any browse, type in 192.168.0.254, press Enter key.

Click Setup Tool:

Click LOGIN, the Web settings page shows up. Choose your upper router’s SSID, here we choose zion.

By default, AP mode selected.

click AP Scan button on right top of the page, then many SSIDs will turn up for you to choose.

Choose Extender (AP + Client) mode.

Below the Web Interface of EX750 shows up. First click 2.4GHz Extender Setup.

Press the 5G WPS button on EX750 for 2 seconds. Wait for a while. Until the 5G EXT indicator turns solid lighting, 5G WiFi network extending successfully. (SSID: TOTOLINK EX750_5G)

Method Two: Setup via Web Interface

Select primary router’s SSID, then type in the correct Encryption key (password) of the router. Click Apply.8

After a moment, it shows connected.

Next, please do the same operation for 5GHz Extender Setup: Choose Extender (AP + Client) mode, click AP Scan button. Select primary router’s SSID, then type in the correct Encryption key (password) of the router. Click Apply.

You can check the EX750’s status on Status Summary page, see below:

Try any website to test the Internet.
