The expenditures on audit of the project must be actually made and paid not later than the deadline for submission of the final project report. The expenditure-supporting documents can be issued even after the end of the project, but before the determined date for the submission of the final report.

Variant 3: The candidates introduce innovative products, processes, services, with the intellectual property rights over these are contributed as non-cash assets in the capital of the candidate from the owner of this rights

Variant 4: The candidates have submitted a patent claim for the introduced under the project product/process in the Patent Office, and in case of the introduction of innovative service – have submitted to the Patent Office a patent claim for the invention of the product/process, through which the service will be performed. The date of the submission of the patent claim must be before the date of submission of the patent claim.
