To recognize “ Contributor Qualities ” in action and understand why contributor are valued so much at work place ??

Who is a Contributor ??

Focus on personal relationships, values, opinions and interactions. Actively strive to connect with others, create harmony and cooperate. Want to make sure that everyone is happy and involved. Are interested in organizing and coordinating events, processes and activities. Naturally appreciate others and want to be appreciate themselves for their uniqueness and their effort.

MY experience ..

I completed my 11-12th in Kirshana Public School in Amreli. So, I Know him .

So , I choose him to a Contributor person. I like his personality and nature also.

Started his carrier as teacher in high-secondary and

secondary in Krishna science school –Rajkot.

With the rising satisfaction level of the students and parents,

his academy became a brand one can trust in his field of

Job satisfaction..

According to him job satisfaction means deep internal fulfilment. Because when we get internal satisfaction then external satisfaction comes as a bonus.

Not only Top management got satisfaction from him, But subordinate and lower line also should happy with his decision.

Dealing with juniors..

Give a motivational speech and review meeting .

Tries to convince them to “we” all equal.

Tries to know the reason behind the laziness etc.

Don’t capitalizes among the juniors

Working with Senior ..

Tries to give them the data analysis to prove his demand or step to be taken for any work.

Trying to understand the idea and concept of the senior .

Contribution to the Society ..

The role of teacher in teacher in building of a nation can not be ignored.

It is they who influence the immature minds of the youth and tries to mold the living stuff into various forms.

It is they on who depends the future of the nation. Hence , they are the most important part of society.

His Vision ..

Short term vision:All the students got the best results in their respective

exams and their parents will get proud for them.

Long term vision:To give our country great humankinds by shaping each

students future. He wished to see our country with 100% literacy.

Advise to future engineer ..

For engineering students – Understand thoroughly what you study. Don’t just cram and get mark.

Don’t do “HARD WORK” , DO “SMART WORK” . He says “ I Work HARD to get tried and get a good sleep at night ”.

His life experience ..

At 12-4-2015 , “111” students appears in enters exam, it is not only his success but it is success of his school. For this experience he fill, he being success...

He also share one thing ,in four year his school comes first in Amreli district.

Conclusion ..

Above all the quality I can say that he is 95% contributor.

Because he believes in dynamic personality ,internal success, positive thinking and helpful nature. he also says “ Contributor ship is an ongoing process. ”

The rest 5% depends on his continuous efforts & dedication towards work.
