for buyer’s inspector to be in charge of buyer’s account.

Warranty : 13 months from Bill of Lading issuing date.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Installation.

The customer is responsible for the following;

- Unloading the machine and bringing it into its operation position inside of factory.

- Providing and connecting the electrical and pneumatic supplies ( Air compressor 10 HP).

- Preparation of all floor and foundation work before the machine arrivals

- Duct & Exhaust and Chill Water facilities.

- ForkLift of 10 ton capacity ( for unloading and sitting each units of printing machine )

- All Expenses ( including import taxes, local transportation charge, VAT, etc..) being happened at customer'

local area

An installation drawing will be provided, showing floor excavation details etc. by supplier. In consultation

with the lifting contractor the customer must ensure that adequate access and working space is available for

machine sitting and installation.

The supplier is responsible for the following;

- Insurance of the machine from supplier's factory to customer's seaport

- Providing an installation drawing ( including foundation layout, Duct & Exhaust layout, etc.)

- Installation of machine at customer's factory ( for this purpose, customer have to hire supporters ( at least 5

workers ) whose will support the installation ).

- Machine Weights and Size to be informed to customer so that customer can unload and site each units of

machine before engineers from supplier site for installation is arrived.

Commissioning/Training Engineer

It is normal for a supplier/manufacturer’ commissioning engineer to visit the customer's factory to install

and commission the machine and provide operator training. All the conditions of its commissioning/Training

Engineer will be followed by Contract.

Test Material


As the machine is fully built, wired and tested prior to dispatch, the customer is required to supply sufficient

representative test materials free into supplier's factory for testing, commissioning and acceptance trials

if customer need to test with her own materials. At least one full diameter reel per unwind position is required.

If test material has to be purchased by the supplier this will be invoiced to the customer. Where performance has

to be accepted on more than one material grade, the customer must supply sufficient reels and inks, printing

cylinders, etc. for each product type. If contract is not mentioned above conditions, supplier have to prepare a basic

materials ( inks, films, resins ) as supplier's charge .

Inspection of machine

We normally run the machine in our factory with the customer's materials and in the customer's presence, before

dispatch the machine to customer's country. In case of dispatching inspector from buyer site, supplier have

to inspect with buyer's inspector under machine specs before shipment.

Packaging & Delivery

After acceptance test of machine is completed at supplier's factory , all machine will be disassembled as each units

(Unwind Unit, Rewind Unit, Infeed Unit, Dry Chamber, Printing unit, etc.) for pallet or wooden packing. And then,

it will be put and shored inside of containers.

The machine shipment will be made within 10 days after passed a acceptance test by buyer and

supplier's responsible persons.

Final Machine Acceptance

On completion of commissioning and operator training, the customer will be required to sign a final acceptance.

And outstanding points can be noted on this acceptance certificate, together with a schedule for rectification.

Should this certificate not be signed, the machine must not be used for production purpose without allowance

from supplier. For proper commissioning the machine and training to customer’s operators, customer have a

responsibility to supply a best quality of printing cylinders and materials.

Machine Guarantee

Manufacturer/Supplier guarantees that any parts which fail under conditions of correct operation due to poor quality


materials or workmanship within twelve months of start up or fourteen months from date of shipment, whichever

is the earlier, will be replaced by new parts. Replacement parts will be carry a 13 months guarantee from

their date of dispatch. This guarantee covers the replacement of parts.

If its replacements parts could be purchased in local market, customer could ask supplier to pay its costs.

Otherwise, supplier will ship its replacement parts in free of charge ( not including local tax at customer site ).

Wearing parts such as belts, knives, fuses and bearings are excluded from this guarantee.

It is expressly mentioned that Manufacturer/Supplier assume no responsibility concerning eventual

loss of earnings or resulting losses or any other claim under the heading of consequential loss.
