Project Nature:

Develop an enterprise-wide clinical management system with a centralized data repository and an interfacing

gateway to the territory-wide e-HR system

Job Description:

- Implement and maintain the Central Interface Gateway (CIG) of Clinical Information Management System (CIMS)

- Maintain the overall healthiness and development of the entire hardware and software infrastructure of CIMS

- Manage the interfacing environment between CIG and the hosted web applicaitons

- Manage and liaise with multiple internal and external parties including eHR team and ITMU of DH, OGCIO,

CIG contractors, application development contractors, data centre contractors, etc.

- Prepare and deliver relevant documentations

Requirement Details:

- Degree holders or above in Computer Science or equivalent;

- Sound knowledge in Windows server administration, WebLogic server administration, JBOSS server

administration, server virtualisation technology, web portal technology, web services technology

- Sound knowledge in Linux, Storage Area Network (SAN) and load balancer is preferrable;

- Hands-on experience in developing an enterprise-wide J2EE application by using Oracle ADF/Spring/Struts

framework or equivalent is preferrable;

- Hands-on experience in Oracle middleware such as Oracle WebCenter Portal, SOA, OAM, OIM, ODS, etc is preferrable;

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

- Familiar with HKSAR Government IT standards and methodologies such as PRINCE; and

- Familiar with Government Procurement procedures
