Title of Project: Inventory Deployment System Sub System: Integrated Inventory Planning and Advanced Planning and Scheduling
Name of pilot client:.Address of pilot client:.
Web based project or not?:1. Statement of Objectives
(a) Goals and objectives of your proposed project with measurable outcomes
Themain objectiveof the project is to design, develop and validate the concept of applying opportunistic networks and respective cognitive inventory systems for efficient application/ service/ content provisioning in the future. In order to achieve this main objective, the project will conduct work addressing the various technical challenges, which closely relate to the detailed objectives of the project.
(b) Scope. Itemized list of deliverables of the system with respect to the functionality of the system user and management reports. Further, include the limitations.
Viewing Reports The system has the ability to view all the inventory reports of the other departments. These reports include the issues that are encountered by the departments in their operations.
Reports The ability to generate reports from all the departments.
Security levels This system provides high level security for data leaking as only admin and employee people can access the database no changes can be made in it until it verifies the user login id and password.
Integration to all departments under Enterprise Operation System- The integrated inventory system has the access to all the departments, but it can only view and print the reports of the said departments.
Limitations of the system
Cant manage any inventory of all departments except for viewing and printing of reports only.(c) Reasons for choosing the proposed project?
We are not the one who chooses our system. The module chooses by draw lots.(d) Your strategy for getting started:
For us, our strategies for getting started are, First we start gather information about the inventory deployment system.
Second we start planning about the subsystem that our module have. Next Visualizing of the system that we want be the outcome. Then the proponent start to studying the Java Eclipse in the coding, Java Netbeans in designing and the MySQL as a database of the system.2. Required Development and Testing Environment

(b) How do you intend to obtain access for these facilities? Indicate the location, frequency of access to use these facilities and its approximate durations on monthly / weekly / daily basis.
It can be access with the use of the internet. The web address is www.eos.com/inventorydeployment. There are different kinds of users in this system, it depends to the level of privileges on which part of it they can access and if available modify.(c) How do you intend to demonstrate your project work? Indicate access to software, hardware, data required for the demonstration.
We demonstrate our project work by using laptop or desktop and with the software Java, and MySQL Connection.
(d) Will the final system be tested / evaluated by real users:
Yes, it is tested by the users.(e) State the way of generating test data/ test cases:
If our system works properly, it means the system is success and generate properly according to our plan.(f) State the way of determining the acceptability / success of final system: If the system reaches the company qualification and if the company is satisfied with the system functions.(g) The procedure to evaluate the performance of the system:
We let our panels and clients to test the system by then the researchers can know the parts that are weak and needs to take some changes. The same works for the good parts.3. The Work Plan
Use a project management tool such as Microsoft Project. Include each schedule in separate sheet. A schedule should fit into a single A4 page.
