Decimals

• Are the things that you line up.• For Example- you have $5.97• That’s a decimal number. If you are adding

money, line them up.

Proportion

• A proportion is something you compare in a fraction or number. This can be used in many different ways.

• Example-

• The absolute value that has distance from zero.

• Example- (-7) + (-5) = (-12)

Pythagorean Theorem

• The theorem that the square of the hypotenuse of a right triangle is equal to the sum of the squares of the other two sides.
