ONCE YOUR MENU IS SELECTED Our event team will review all tabletop needs with you. This will include china, flatware, glassware and linen. Based on past events you can expect to pay approximately $25.00-$35.00 per person in addition to your menu selections. STAFFING As with any successful event, it takes a top notch crew to keep the event flowing flawlessly. Our event team includes the following: Chef $175.00 - $345.00 Staffing for our Chef and Chef Assistants will be determined by final menu Kitchen Staff $130.00 1 per 50 guests Service Captain $180.00 1 per event; additional 1 for events larger than 150 guests Service Staff $130.00 1 per 15 guests Bartender $130.00 Full Bar: 1 per 50 guests Wine & Beer Only: 1 per 75 guests Gratuity A 15% gratuity will be included on the invoice based on your food total. NOTE: The above amounts are a general guideline based upon selections from the menu items provided. Any special menu items, French Service or extended room layout may require additional staffing. Our staff fee is based on a seven hour event (including set up and teardown). An additional $20.00 per hour per staff member will be billed over this general guideline. Additional Equipment All in Good Taste Productions prepares all food for your event fresh on sight. Due to guest count or special items, we may require additional kitchen equipment. These items will be discussed with you upon booking your event. Vendor Meals Please include in your guest count additional meals for any outside vendors assisting in your event. These meals will be assessed at a lesser per person cost. Final Count and Deposits A final guest count will need confirmed 2 business weeks (10 days) prior to your event. Upon signing a contract with All in Good Taste Productions, you will be required to give a 50% non refundable deposit. Payment in full will be required 1 business week (5 days) prior to your event. In the event your count increases after the final 2 business weeks, we reserve the right to assess a 15% surcharge to your final invoice.
