15th Annual IHRSA European Congress | 19-22 October 2015 | Marseil le, France | Palais du Pharo

Join us in Marseille, France, 19-22 October 2015 for the 15th ANNUAL IHRSA EUROPEAN CONGRESS.

The Palais du Pharo, where the Congress will be held, is located in the heart of Marseille – at the entrance to the Vieux Port (Old Port) – with several hotels nearby. Temperatures in October average highs of 23ºC during the day and 14ºC in the evening, making outdoor excursions pleasant.

Founded around 600BC, Marseille is one of the oldest cities in Europe. Located in southern France, this port city is a melting pot of different cultures. Rich in history, Marseille was named European Capital of Culture in 2013 and boasts 20 museums covering all historical periods, as well as uncovered archaeological sites such as the ancient port.

With 15,000 shops, visitors have plenty of options to choose from, including the Centre Bourse shopping centre in the heart of the city and a large entertainment and retail complex around the Vélodrome Stadium, where The European Football Championship will be held next year.

Learn more about Marseille’s many attractions at marseille-tourisme.com.

A very special thanks to our Host Partner, the French Health & Racquet Sportsclub Association (FHRSA), for all of their support!

The Digital Natives (born in the 1980’s) have now begun to enter their 30’s and are set to herald the biggest shift in consumer behaviour since the invention of the teenager in the US during the 1950s. This talk examines what this generation will expect from life, relationships, brands and retailers. What they will demand and how they are fundamentally different from the consumer of the past 20-30 years. There is a new shopper and consumer DNA emerging. They are hard-wired differently.
