IMPORTANT SAFETY

PRECAUTIONS!

All 4 chains of the lifting gear must be used when moving the pallets with the crane. The quantities being lifted in the photographs are only examples. The pallets and crates may obviously be stacked or filled with amounts of other equipment not exceeding the individual safe working loads.

PERI 80x120 wire crate with paint or galvanised finish for shifting components that are difficult to stack(capacity about 0.75m2).Eg 150 TRIO BFD alignment couplers.

Betriebsanleitung

The pallet lifter from PERI formoving on site

With a fork more than 1.50m longthe lifter can even be used with thepallets stacked lengthwise to getpast obstacles or through door openings more easily.

PERI palletsconform to all relevant EU Directives(CE mark) and can therefore be usedthroughout Europe.

All PERI pallets can be moved with a fork-lift truck and come in sizes tosuit lorry loading dimensions, eg

the 80x120 or 80x150 post pallet fortransporting 25 MULTIPROPs.

The appropriate container for thetask must be chosen to preventmistakes that lead to accidents.

The Instructions for Usedetail use of the equipment as intended, and include transportation, handling, testing and maintenance instructions.

The pallet lifter being used to make striking of SKYDECK slab formwork easier.

RP 80x150 post pallets stacked withstandard TRIO system components, eg twenty TRG 80s.

PERI’s pallets and stacking devices for particular systemsmake it easy to shift certain formwork components.

The DOMINO stacking devicemakes it easier to stack up to eightpanels of a given size and lift themwith the crane. The stacks can also be moved witha fork-lift truck.

PERI pallets are fitted with practicaleyes for lifting on site with the crane.These lifting eyes are designed toallow the individual panels to be stacked and prevent them slippingsideways.
