My profile on the 16PF Global Factors says that I have a slightly above average (6) extraversion, an above average (7) level of anxiety, a slightly above average (6) level of tough-mindedness, an average (5) level of independence, and a slightly below average (4) level of self-control. This can be seen by my somewhat socially bold behavior, mostly tense attitude, non-empathetic mindset, persuasive and agreeable attitudes, and my somewhat uncontrolled actions.
I agree that I am slightly more extraverted, I feel tense most of the time, and that I am unrestrained in the way I speak and act. I would say that I am right when it comes to independence, because I see myself as a follower of rules, yet able to act on my own when I have the opportunity. I strongly agree that my urges sometimes get the best of me and I dont always feel at ease because I find that something always needs my attention, resulting in me feeling tense most of the time.
Compared to my MBTI results, I believe that the MBTI has a more accurate profile of my personality. I was able to see how much of my personality is affected by each aspect, since it is described percentage wise. Although, I think that the 16PF gives a clearer picture of my personality at work, because of the descriptors that each Primary and Global factor explain. I agree with my slightly extraverted factors, and my slightly uncontrolled actions.
