minimum qualifying marks (Mean Marks) in these papers. The question booklets will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi & English.

In DP/PK test, the candidates should secure 50%marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD) to be eligible for being short-listed for

interview. Candidates must secure at least 40% marks (35% for SC/ST/PWD) in interview to be considered for selection.

(iv) Merit List for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in DP/PK and interview

with required weightage without diluting the quality (v) Admission to written test will be purely provisional without

All the candidates shall have valid registration certificate in the Employment Exchange of the district of Keonjhar.8. IMPORTANT DATES :

(i) Last date of submission of application form duly filled in by the candidate in his/her own hand writting- 29.01.2009.

(ii) The physical measurement shall be conducted on 05.02.2009 from 8.30AM to 5PM at DivisionalOffice campus Anandapur and Physically qualified candidates will be issued admit card.

(iii) Date of written examination : 15.02.2009 (Sunday). The written test will be conducted in two subjectsi.e. Oriya Language and Mathematics. Each of one hour duration of class IX standard carrying 25marks each.

9. The candidate successful in the written test will have to undergo physical test in which a male candidate has tocomplete “25 Kms. walk” within a qualifying time of 4 hours and “1.6 Kms. cycling” within qualifying time of 5minutes and a female candidate has to complete “16 Kms. walks” within a qualifying time of 4 hours and “1.6Kms.” cycling within qualifying time of 10 Minutes.
