PUBLIC TRANSPORT Public transport – recommended, because it is difficult to nd parking place in the broader city center. Busses, trams and trolley busses: one integrated card for paying is called Bus Plus. You can buy it on almost every newsstand. Ticket needs to be placed on the reader when entering the bus (you will hear a peep sound). Paper cards (most suitable for tourists): If you buy a ticket on the bus a single ticket costs – 150 rsd; Single ticket bought on the newsstand – 89 RSD is valid for all rides during 90 mins. 1 day – 250 RSD 3 days– 700 RSD 5 days – 1000 RSD Taxi The passenger is only required to pay for taxi services according to the current price list and to the amount indicated by the taxi meter at the end of the journey. Negotiating a price for taxi services, where the taxi meter is not switched on, is not recommended, especially at the airport. The cost of the taxi ride also includes transport of the passenger’s personal baggage. Start price is 170 RSD. All taxis have TX in after the numbers the licence plate, if they don’t, don’t use it.
