You will need: Contact paper Scraps of paper Glitter Curling ribbon Confetti Hole punch Cut out two shapes from contact paper. Invite the children decorate one sheet on the sticky side using an-ything (scraps of paper, glitter, curling ribbon, confetti, etc...) Lay the other piece of contact paper on top, smooth it out, trim the edges and punch a hole in it to hang in a window.
