HOW IT WORKSWell done! You’re giving the gift of good taste, and getting a D’Artagnan corporate gifting specialist to help make it an easy and satisfying experience.

We will:

• Coordinate all the details of delivery, whether to a single or multiple locations

• Keep you informed with confirmations before and after your gifts are delivered

• Follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the total experience

PLACING YOUR ORDER• Our corporate gifting specialists will work with

you to select the appropriate gift to fit your needs, budget and timeline and calculate the best flat-rate overnight shipping costs – whether via FedEx to multiple locations or via truck for bulk delivery to a single location.

• Orders should be placed between 3 months and 7 days in advance of your desired delivery date.

• Orders placed within 7 business days of the requested delivery date are subject to inventory availability, delivery schedule restrictions, etc.

• No order may be changed within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date.

PAYMENT• Payment may be made by credit card (Visa,

Mastercard or American Express) or check and is due immediately in full. If paying by check, checks must be received 14 days prior to the requested ship date.

• A full refund will be issued for any order cancelled at least 14 days prior to the requested delivery date. Orders cancelled within 14 days of the requested delivery date, which have not shipped, will be refunded 50% of the product cost and shipping charge. There is no refund for cancelled orders that have shipped.

DELIVERY• Corporate gifts may be delivered to business and

residential addresses in the 50 states and District of Columbia.

• Individual orders shipping to multiple addresses are delivered via FedEx Overnight and may be delivered between Tuesday-Friday (subject to FedEx delivery schedules/blackout dates).

• Individual gift box shipments will be packed in an insulated shipping box with enough ice packs to ensure the quality of the products upon delivery.

• Bulk orders shipping to a single address are typically delivered via refrigerated truck and/or freight carrier and shipment packaging may vary based on the individual delivery circumstances. (Our corporate gifting specialists can discuss additional details of bulk delivery services.)
