MASSAGE PREPARATIONS.We have no exact formula for making amassage preparation, but we will give you afew of the ingredients used in their manufac-ture. As none of the ingredients that make aperfect massage keep any great length of timewhen combined, it is well to make it in smallquantities and often. They are butter milk, oxide zinc, rice flour, corn starch, powderedmagnesia, and sometimes um tradio-an or seamoss is used as a body. It is usually coloredpink or flesh color with confectioner's redanaline. We have, sometimes, in emergenciesused pure milk with talcum powder and pre-pared chalk, which makes a very good prepa-ration. There are quite a number of thesepreparations on the market, but none willkeep any great length of time.
