The science of global warming is a scam.

• It’s common knowledge that the historical/statistical data was scammed by the IPCC. But not many understand that the science was scammed as well.

• I’m an electrical engineer, I design microwave radios and work here in San Diego. I’m a real guy. I understand electromagnetic propagation. I understand the earth’s radiation budget.

• The notion that doubling CO2 concentration in the atmosphere would cause catastrophic global warming didn’t even pass the laugh test. CO2 is a well understood, well mixed gas.

• I thought the scam would die a natural death just like the last ice-age scare. 30,000 scientists in the US said the same thing. Over 9,000 were PHDs. CO2 is not a pollutant.

• The global warming scam didn’t go away. It had become part of a corrupt political agenda. We were supporting this fraud through the UN to the tune of $4B per year. Obama has increased that amount by over 5 times. …WHY?

• I was horrified when the US House of Representatives passed Cap and Trade in 2009. How could the most technically advanced country on earth let this happen?

• I did the research and ran the numbers. It took several months, working evenings and nights. The results? 0.5 C or 0.9 F. This is not catastrophic irreversible global warming. It is half the natural variation recorded since the last global cold period, over 200 years ago.

• I can vouch for climate skeptics. Well over 1,000 US scientists are capable of analyzing the earth’s radiation budget. It doesn’t take $4B per year. One person can estimate effect of CO2.

• The UN IPCC report is junk science. No validation of IPCC models has ever been done, or will ever be done. What is called “settled science” is a fraud that would only be exposed by data.

Fact sheet regarding ‘Laudato si’, the global warming encyclical CO2 is not a pollutant, it is essential for all life on earth. Increasing atmospheric CO2 promotes plant life, and has no effect on humans and animals. Climate change is a fact. The climate has always been changing. San Diego was a rain forest 10,000 years ago. Western North America has been getting drier (not warmer) for 500 years.Global warming is measured from end of the “mini ice-age” which ended over 200 years ago. This was the coldest period since the last ice age which ended over 10,000 years ago. Man affects the earth wherever we go. Hopefully for the better. San Diego was a desert when Americans arrived. It is now a beautiful city. (before “jerrybrown”ing)Human-produced CO2 in the atmosphere has minimal effect on earth’s average temperature. (0.5 degC for doubling CO2, or about half the warming since the last global cool period.) Oil-based economies have raised billions of people out of poverty in the last two centuries. Slavery is no longer a part of western culture for agriculture and industry.

Facts in ‘Laudato si’ are wrong. Reference paragraphs 23 through 26. o The average temperature of the earth has not changed in over 18 years. o There is no “solid scientific consensus” regarding dangerous global warming. o Sea level rise is very steady at <3mm/year (about 7 inches since 1900). The rate of

change is linear and unaffected by increasing atmospheric CO2. o Glacial ice volume is not receding. Even if all ice melted, the sea would rise only 14 in.o It would require 2 times the volume of the Mississippi river to carry the glacial ice melt

needed to raise sea level 3mm/yr. o Polar ice caps are increasing. North polar cap is increasing since last cyclical low in 2007.o Tectonic plates can move 75 to 100 mm/year (Pacific Plate). Adduction at coast and

new crust formation at sea floor could account for 3 mm/year. o Many megacities are sinking (faster than the sea level is rising) due to water wells.o Catastrophic weather events are decreasing in magnitude and frequency. (However,

news reporting and monetary damage due to weather events is increasing.)o Gases do not block radiation. Gasses absorb AND emit radiation with equal efficiency at

any given temperature and wavelength. “Greenhouse gas” is an intentional deception. o Methane does not significantly contribute to long term global warming. Methane half-

life is 10 years. Average natural methane release (due to biomass decay) is steady.o CO2 due to decomposition is a net zero for atmospheric CO2. Plants first remove

carbon out of the air, before bacteria and fungus decompose the plants.o The poor whose livelihood relies on natural resources have always been affected by

climate change. Their situation is unaffected by increasing atmospheric CO2.o Policies that drastically reduce the clean emission of carbon dioxide will also

drastically affect the world’s poor, with no measureable benefit. o Energy storage technologies are expensive to develop and build. Natural gas and oil are

the most efficient means to serve peak energy demand.

The CO2 scam provides the fear needed to fund an international governing body to regulate oil-based economies, through the UN. (The EPA on steroids).

The present cost of compliance for federal bureaucratic climate change regulations on business and families in the US alone is $2 trillion dollars per year. This doesn’t include state and local regulations, increased utility cost, and American job loss.

The objective of the UN COP21 climate change conference, in Paris December 2015, is to achieve a binding and universal agreement on climate from all the nations of the world.

Pope Francis published the encyclical ‘Laudato si' intended, in part, to influence the UN climate change conference. The encyclical calls for action against human-caused climate change.

90% of ‘Laudato si’ is a rewrite of UN agenda 21, also called “sustainable development”. Word crafting was used to avoid stating facts that are wrong or controversial.

“Climate justice”, rather than social justice, will now become part of the secular progressive agenda, and a means to fund one-world governmental regulation.
