Award Presentation Ceremony An award presentation ceremony was held during our schools

assembly and was witnessed by all the teachers and students. Ourprincipal, Miss Hajah Hasimah gave away the award certificates tothe award receivers and Past President Joel handed over theExcellent Club Award banner to Miss Hajah Hasimah.

Handover of Family Tree

The past key officers handed overthe family trees to the new keyofficers. This is another form ofgiving responsibilities to the keyofficers in continuing the successof our Leo Club and to achieve theobjectives of the club.

Leo Garden Maintenance Leos went to the Leo Garden

together with the faculty advisors.We watered the family trees andput the fertiliser so that the treescan grow healthily. Leos workedtogether to keep our garden inpristine condition as a symbol ofour clubs unity and fruitfulness.

Participation in Pesta Tanjong Kolej 201

Pesta Tanjong is one ofour schools annualactivities. The OrganisingChairperson for thisfundraising project isLeo Esther Martin.

During Pesta Tanjong, ourLeo club sold handicraftsfrom PDK Miri, andcupcakes to the parents,teachers, staffs andstudents.

Our club managed toraise RM329. The fundraised will be donated toPDK Miri in the futureproject.

Farewell Dinner forYouth Exchanges from Taiwan

3 Leos from our Leo club had attended the Farewell Dinner for YouthExchanges from Taiwan hosted by 8 Lions Club of Miri which was heldat Grand Palace Hotel on the 23rd of August 2014. They managed tomeet and greet with 2 youth exchanges from Taiwan and establishedgood rapport with Lions and other Leo Clubs members during thedinner.

Honour was DG Dato Betty Wong. Leo Club of Kolej TDTHBujang have total of 20 newly inducted members and installed 16BOD members for the fiscal year 2014/2015

Merdeka Cheer 2014 Themed Instilling Care for the

Needy Merdeka Cheer aimed tobring cheer and happiness to 25underprivileged hostel students ofKolej TDTH Bujang in conjunctionwith the Merdeka CelebrationMonth and Malaysia Day.

These students were sponsored ameal each at KFC, Bintang Megamalland a few games at Megalanes EastMiri, Bintang Megamall and someamount of donation in cash to lessentheir burden.

This project aimed to add more variety of books in the school library andinculcate reading culture among the students.

The organising chairperson, Leo Zuniga presented the books worth RM300 tothe school principal during the assembly.
