I went with Brothers Muntu Myeza and Saths Cooper

The following day I went with Brothers Harri Singh

the people would be ready. It was said that when

the revolution comes there would be mourning and

made of any method to be used.

(a) Persons who were present in this meeting were

Mandla Tisane t Mncedisi Sishuba, Sipho Buth 1 z i

and Mosibudi Mangena. Of these mentioned it is

unlikely that Mandla or Mncedici would ive evidence.

Mangena is on the island serving a five =a r

Sipho has left the country and Mandla just like

Mncedisi has faded out of the scene.

The meet ing w s held in church bu i Id ing and w s

well attended. A me ber of the audience as ed me

whether God approves of violence and whether BPe

bel ieves in violence. In my reply I made i t cl ca r

that the ways of God are above man's. I said that

God was violent on the Egypt ians in order to free

the children of Israel. I made it clear that on

their way to Canaan they fought wars and God gave

them power. I then said that if necess ry violence

will be considered.

(a) I can recall Tarisani, the Pre sident of 8pe,

Maanda Negoda and Leslie Ramahulane. The rest

of the people are not known by name to me. I

have heard rumours to the effect that Tarisani

(b) I did not make a direct exhortation to violence

hence I see no possible way of being associated
