❑ Los accesorios con brida tienen amplias aplica-ciones dentro de las conducciones de fluidos, enparticular en estaciones de tratamiento de aguas,estaciones de bombeo, arquetas, etc…

Es una unión utilizada generalmente en conexio-nes con válvulas, bombas de agua, contadores,etc… tanto en el sector de conducción de aguacomo en la rama industrial (productos químicos,petróleo, energía…)

Fertor Ductil presenta una amplia gama de acce-sorios para completar cualquier conducción, desdeDN40 hasta DN600, en presiones de 10, 16 y 25bares. Todos los accesorios son con brida móvil,lo que facilita el montaje.

Para la unión de los accesorios se utilizan las jun-tas planas. Fertor Ductil suministra unas juntasauto-centrantes con un espesor mínimo de 5mm yfabricadas en EPDM de alta calidad, cumpliendocon las exigencias de la norma EN681-1. Para rea-lizar el cierre Fertor Ductil recomienda utilizar tor-nillos y tuercas de tipo hexagonal DIN933-934, cali-dad 6.8 o 8.8 y con un baño anticorrosivo. El aprie-te de estos tornillos se debe realizar progresiva-mente, enfrentando los tornillos y con la ayuda deuna llave dinamométrico preferiblemente.

This jointing is generally used for connecting val-ves, pumps, water meters and others in water pipe-lines systems and also in industrial pipelines sys-tems (oil, gas, chemical products…)

Fertor Ductil introduces a large range of fittings toaccomodate any kind of pipelines, from DN40 toDN600 and working pressures of 10, 16, 25 bar.

All fittings are loose flanged, so the assemblage iseasier.

To assemble flanged fittings it is necessary to useflat gaskets. We can supply our self-centered flatrubber gaskets with a minimum thickness of 5mmand made in EPDM high quality, and according toEN681-1. Fertor Ductil also recommends hexago-nal steel bolts and nuts according to DIN933-934of minimum quality 8.8 with anticorrosive coatingfor the assembly of flanged fittings. The bolts aretightened progressively preferably with a dynamo-metric wrench.

CARACTERISTICAS TECNICAS

❑ MATERIALES

CUERPO, BRIDAS MOVILES

El material de las piezas, en su totalidad, es la FUNDICION DUCTIL (EN-JGS-500-7), cumpliendo las pres-cripciones técnicas de la Norma EN 545, apartado 4 y la norma EN 1563.

RECUBRIMIENTO

El recubrimiento Epoxi de nuestras piezas tanto interno como externo es a base de polvo de epoxi atóxico, decolor azul RAL 5005, aplicado en caliente sobre la pieza debidamente granallada (Sa 2½ mínimo según ENISO8501-1) y completamente limpia de aceites, grasas, humedades u otras materias extrañas y con posteriorsecado de las piezas en horno. Los recubrimientos se realizan según la Norma EN 545, apartado 4.5 y segúnla norma EN 14.901

Bajo pedido se puede realizar en Morado (RAL 4001) para agua regenerada y Granate (RAL 3009) para sane-amiento.

También se pueden estudiar otros tipos de recubrimiento a petición del cliente

ESPECIFICACIONES

Los accesorios de bridas están diseñados según las especificaciones dimensionales de la norma EN545.El espesor de pared para todos los accesorios es el indicado por dicha norma. Las longitudes útiles se ajustana la serie A o a la serie B de la norma EN545.

El cuerpo del accesorio está diseñado y probado para presiones de trabajo de 10, 16 y 25 bares.Las bridas móviles se diseñan y fabrican para distintas presiones: PN10, 16 y 25 y siguiendo las especifica-ciones de la norma EN 1092-2.Nuestras bridas móviles en DN200, 250 y 300 están diseñadas de forma que la misma brida sea compatibletanto para PN10 como para PN16

CONTROL DE CALIDAD

Contamos con el certificado de aseguramiento de calidad ISO 9001, para la fabricación de Accesorios deFundición dúctil según Normas EN 545.

❑ MATERIALS

BODY, LOOSE FLANGES

Fittings are made of ductile cast iron (EN-JGS-500-7) according to the specifications of EN 545 Standard, item4 and the EN1563 Standard.

COATING

The internal and external coating is blue powder non toxic epoxy coating RAL 5005, applied under hot condi-tions to the fittings with a surface level of Sa 2½ (EN ISO8501-1) clean and free of oil, grease and moisture,then furnace dried. Coating is according to EN545 Standard, item 4.5 and to the EN14.901 StandardIf required purple color (RAL 4001) for treated water or maroon color (RAL 3009) for sewerage are also avai-

lable.

Other coatings can be applied if required by costumers.

SPECIFICATIONS

Loose flanged fittings are designed according to dimensional requirements of the EN 545 standard. Wall thickness for all fittings also follows this standard.

Fittings lengths are in accordance with type A or type B of this standard.

Bodies of fitting are designed and tested for working pressures of 10, 16 and 25 bars.Loose flanges are designed and manufactured for different pressures: 10, 16 y 25 bars and according to EN1092-2 Standard.Our loose flanges DN200, DN250 and DN300 are designed to be suitable for both pressures PN10 and PN16at same time.

QUALITY CONTROL

The quality assurance certificate ISO9001 for manufacture Ductile iron fittings under EN 545 standard appliesto our ductile iron fittings as per EN 545 standard.
