Welcome to our Fall 2012 catalog! I am so excited to introduce you, our valued customers, to our Fall personalized picks! We have spent many hours deciding what items we wanted to have to make YOUR Fall a stylish one! This past year has seen tremendous growth for 2 Cutie Patooties! I could never have imagined we would be starting Fall 2012 with as many consultants as have come on board. We are thrilled to be changing their lives with record setting sales!

This catalog was such fun to create. With each item we tried to keep in mind our customers, their style, and their budgets! This is our most

affordable catalog yet with each item being under $40! We want everyone to be able to purchase something from us at a show, so that is why we kept our promise that EVERY PRICE INCLUDES the personalization!

Of course none of this would have been possible without the amazing team I have! Headquartered in Savannah Georgia, 2 Cutie Patooties is an embroidery and gift store specializing in the highest quality items; incorporating the newest trends with the ageless Southern Tradition of personalization. Personalization of their products is always included in the price!

Owner and CEO Awbrey Smith was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia. Awbrey recognizes the sophistication and charm a simple personalization brings to an item. Awbrey has spent the last few years developing her concept and line of products to bring customers the finest quality of items at the most affordable prices! Having "2 Cutie Patooties " of her own motivates Awbrey to create that special item that you are looking for. Be it a blanket, towel, sham, piece of luggage, or shower curtain, 2 Cutie Patooties will bring you the most divine creation at the most affordable price!

As far as incentives, we start consultants at 20% of all sales. If you sign someone up under you, you also get 10% of their sales too (that we pay, they don't pay it). Once you become an active consultant, selling $150 a month, you are eligible for 2 items at 50% off. Every $100 sold above that, add one more item at 50% off. We also have different incentives for Senior Consultants and Directors (the big one being a 3 day cruise for 2)!! And those titles simply have to do with how many people you sign up under you. We do charity events to raise money as well as school fundraisers! We did bags for every teacher at a local savannah school, and cut the price a lot. If anyone is doing anything in big bulk, we will cut the price, just ask :-) PTA bought each teacher a gift and they LOVED it!!! Please let me know if you have any other questions. Now is such a great time to sign up because we have so many exciting things going on. Everything in our new catalog (out July 1st) will be UNDER $40 and that includes the monogram! We are very excited about that!!!

Not only can you get awesome, personalized items from 2 Cutie Patooties, but 2 Cutie Patooties also wants you, yes you, to join their staff as a sales representative! Whether you live near or far, you can make some great extra cash by selling what people already adore! Get friends and family to host a home show, and then win big by getting FREE items and CASH from what is sold!

Frequently asked questions (however, feel free to contact me with any additional questions):

1.) How much is the party minimum? To be considered a true party it must be $200. However, you can place individual orders for your customers anytime with no minimum.

2.) How long it takes to receive items for a party? Typically 7-10 days.

3.) How much is the monogramming fee? Essentially FREE it is included in the price!

4.) Is there a shipping fee? Yes, there is a $5 shipping fee on every order – regardless of order size.

5.) Do you have a warranty on your items? If so, how long? Yes, 90 days.

6.) Is there a yearly membership fee? No.

7.) How much is the website fee? We don't have individual websites right now. Hopefully we can add that in the future. Most of our consultants do FB pages or blogs.

8.) How much is the sales quota to remain a consultant? Once you sign up, you will always be a consultant. To meet "goals" we have quarterly averages that you must meet.

9.) How much commission do you make? 20% on stuff you sell – immediately! 10% of any team members' sales.

10.) How are commissions paid? Monthly for team member checks. Stuff that you sell, we bill you less your commission.

11.) Do you get a consultant discount? 20% if you aren't selling, 50% if selling a minimum of

$200 per month on average during each quarter

12.) Do you have monthly customer sales? Yes!

13.) How many catalogs do sales reps get per sale cycle? We give you 10 catalogs to start off, if you sign up now, you would get 10 of the July catalog. After that you have to purchase them. Our catalog is also always online - through our website. Our website is currently being redone, as it is a major eye sore right now!! It will be done before the July 1st new release :-) 14.) Is it possible to view the catalog before starting as a rep? Yes, our catalog is always on our website. The new one will be available to be viewed July 1st. 15.) How much do you charge for people to send you their own items to be monogrammed and what's the turn-around on the items? MOST items are only $10 to monogram plus a flate rate of $5 for shipping to consultant’s home. Unless it is something big like a shower curtain.... Turnaround time on ALL items is 7-10 days. 16.) Is there a way to market ALL of the items (pictures) for my Facebook? You can sell the items however you wish, even through catalog shows. Customers will always be able to check out our website and facebook (a lot of our reps share our status' to sell items on FB) for all items. You could also create your own blog site for customers to go to. 17.) How often do catalogs come out? Every January and July. 18.) Once people order, how long before their items come in and do they come to me or can they be direct shipped to the buyers? They either get shipped to you, the hostess, or for an additional fee to the customers directly. Turnaround time is 7-10 days. 19.). Are the items you have now always available (for instance-- the new catalog that comes out in July.. Will it have the items you have now and the new items or will the items u have now be no longer in stock?) It will have some items we have now, at a very discounted price, and then the new items. ALL items in the new catalog are under $40 ;-) And that includes the monogram!

Cutie Consultant

-Independent cutie consultants are the newest members of our team! You are eligible for a 20% discount on any items you order for personal use. Once you become an active consultant, selling $150 a month, you are eligible for 2 items at 50% off. Every $100 sold above that, add one more item at 50% off.

Cutie Team Leader

-Team Leaders have consultants under them (ie on their down line). Your job is to answer their questions and make sure they are selling, selling, selling!!! You are eligible for 10% of their sales, if YOU are an active consultant yourself.

Senior Cutie Consultant

-Active consultant

-5 Cutie Consultants on your team that are active.

-This will be measured on a quarterly basis. And the title of Senior Cutie Consultant will earn you a quarterly $100 bonus!

Director

-Active consultant

-10 consultants on your team that are active 3 out of 4 quarters a year. If you maintain status of Director, at the end of evaluation period, you will receive a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas paid for by 2 Cutie Patooties!!

**Being an active consultant is considered selling $150 a month**

2 Cutie Patooties Starter Kit Options

All starter kits come with your choice of personalization! We choose the patterns, you choose the personalization!

(All starter kits also include an ultimate tote with company name as well as 10 catalogs and 20 order forms)

A – Our first starter kit is our original! It includes the following items all personalized according to your

specifications: Market tote, Casual Tote, Mini Cosmo Case, Make Up Bag, Key Chain, Duffle, Cup, & Scarf. This is also our most affordable at $88, and it would retail for over $200!

B – This starter kit includes all items that are in Starter Kit A, plus: Virginia Addison large cosmetic case, black necklace, and an appliquéd shirt. This would retail at over $250! This package total is: $139!

C – Our final option includes what is in the two kits above PLUS: Virginia Addison or zebra hanging cosmetic tote, black bracelet, and seersucker backpack. This package is: $189 and would retail for over $300!
