Creating personal focuswithin busyopen-plan spaces.
The answer lies in balancing these sharedspaces and communal assets with easilyaccessible personal spaces that allow foruninterrupted concentration. This is whereCoppice comes in. Coppice’s stand-alone,single occupancy work booths have beendesigned to offer a high level of acousticcomfort, increasing productivity where worktasks demand greater focus.
Cable ManagementCoppice’s simplicity and smart design makes the integration of powerand data easy and direct. In all configurations, cables pass between thepanels and are free to travel both horizontally and vertically. Ease of accessmeans they can also be retrofitted easily.
As cables are concealed in the cavity behind the pressed felt panels, the cleanlook and feel of the design isn’t compromised. ‘Daisy chain’ cabling can enteror exit work booths at any point above or below the workstation. And as theycan also be connected from one booth to the other, Coppice booths don’tnecessarily need to sit directly above a fixed floor box to be connected.
Ease of AssemblyCoppice has been expressly designed to offer ease of installation andreconfigurability, both of which are highly valued attributes in this product.Its architectural panels lock together effortlessly with a simple Allen key,enabling booths to be assembled rapidly, with minimal workplace disruption.
Anthracite acoustic felt panels are fixed onto surprisingly lightweight timberpanels featuring a honeycomb paper core, making them easy to carry andhandle in transportation and installation. Additional fabric acoustic panels canbe combined with these to both expand the space planning range of Coppiceand offer specifiers a wider choice of fabrics so that the booths can beintegrated into their wider design scheme.

Light touch’ ArchitectureWith Coppice, the Orangebox design team interrogated the project brief,materials and production processes in search of a truly ‘light touch’solution. The resulting product design features environmentally smartmaterials and also reduces the number of components to a minimum.
The combination of Coppice’s simple architectural construction and its limitedpalette of complementary materials and colours, creates a simplicity andintegrity that’s new for this product archetype.
Coppice’s exposed birch plywood panels are finished with a natural lacquerand complemented by a unique pressed polyester acoustic felt board,available in Orangebox’s unique anthracite only. These pressed, die-cutpolyester felt panels have excellent acoustic properties, removing the need foradditional foams and fabrics.

The answer lies in balancing these sharedspaces and communal assets with easilyaccessible personal spaces that allow foruninterrupted concentration. This is whereCoppice comes in. Coppice’s stand-alone,single occupancy work booths have beendesigned to offer a high level of acousticcomfort, increasing productivity where worktasks demand greater focus.
Cable ManagementCoppice’s simplicity and smart design makes the integration of powerand data easy and direct. In all configurations, cables pass between thepanels and are free to travel both horizontally and vertically. Ease of accessmeans they can also be retrofitted easily.
As cables are concealed in the cavity behind the pressed felt panels, the cleanlook and feel of the design isn’t compromised. ‘Daisy chain’ cabling can enteror exit work booths at any point above or below the workstation. And as theycan also be connected from one booth to the other, Coppice booths don’tnecessarily need to sit directly above a fixed floor box to be connected.
Ease of AssemblyCoppice has been expressly designed to offer ease of installation andreconfigurability, both of which are highly valued attributes in this product.Its architectural panels lock together effortlessly with a simple Allen key,enabling booths to be assembled rapidly, with minimal workplace disruption.
Anthracite acoustic felt panels are fixed onto surprisingly lightweight timberpanels featuring a honeycomb paper core, making them easy to carry andhandle in transportation and installation. Additional fabric acoustic panels canbe combined with these to both expand the space planning range of Coppiceand offer specifiers a wider choice of fabrics so that the booths can beintegrated into their wider design scheme.

Light touch’ ArchitectureWith Coppice, the Orangebox design team interrogated the project brief,materials and production processes in search of a truly ‘light touch’solution. The resulting product design features environmentally smartmaterials and also reduces the number of components to a minimum.
The combination of Coppice’s simple architectural construction and its limitedpalette of complementary materials and colours, creates a simplicity andintegrity that’s new for this product archetype.
Coppice’s exposed birch plywood panels are finished with a natural lacquerand complemented by a unique pressed polyester acoustic felt board,available in Orangebox’s unique anthracite only. These pressed, die-cutpolyester felt panels have excellent acoustic properties, removing the need foradditional foams and fabrics.
