A-1.Brief Introduction of Vertical Ring Die Pellet Machine:ring die pellet mill is used to make animal feed pellets/wood biomass pellets.Raw material can be corn,wheat/rice husk,wood sawdusts,peanut shell,etc.For animal feed pellets,raw material can be corn,maize,wheat,etc.,to feed animals,because the pellets add vitamin,protein,and so on,can keep nutrition and easy to store or sell after packing.For biomass pellets,raw material can be wood sawdust,wood powder,crop stalk,rice husk,corn stalk,cotton stalk,grass,peanut shell,coconut shell,etc. The biomass pellets with high heat value,burning time is longer than raw wood,low consumption,the biomass pellets can be burnt to produce gas,and then producing electric,also,the pellets can be used to burn to keep warm in some cold area,can use in furnace or stove.

The imported key elements are of high performance with long life and low maintenance cost. The key parts are made of alloy steel to be very strong and malleable. Die is made of stainless steel. Pellet machine is widely used in the granulation of wood, straw, other biomass sources. capacity ranges from 200kgs to 3T per hour.

B-1: Brief Introduction of Rotary Dryer:

Rotary drum dryer is your best choice to dry biomass materials of high moisture content and produce high

quality biomass fuel. Biomoass materials go through dryer can improve biomass fuel efficiency of 5-15%

and lower down emission. It is the necessary part in the wood pellet line, hot air stove provide hot air ,

reciprocal and cross motion in the direction of forward flow, counter flow and again forward flow, with long

time of heat exchange, and the water evaporated from the material inside the inner revolving cylinder is

directly exhausted by the fan, therefore the heat utilization rate is high.
