Retreat FAQ’s What are the dates for the retreat?IB Roof Systems Customer Retreat is at the Moon Palace, JamaicaJanuary 25th - 30th, 2021 Do I Qualify?You must be an active customer with IB and your account in good standing at both the time of reservation and the retreat. Attendees must be approved by the local sales representative. This retreat has no cash value and is nontransferable. Because attendees are redeeming points (IB Reward Dollars), there is no requirement for a 1099.

How Do I RSVP?Please use the RSVP link here to provide us with general information so we may begin a travel profile for you and your guest(s). You will be prompted to provide company name, legal first/last name, nick name of those attending, bedding preference (King or Double). AN IB representative will follow up within 45 days of travel to start all of the confirmations and details.

Is the Retreat all-inclusive?Yes, the Moon Palace Jamaica is an all-inclusive Resort which includes a standard room, on-site food and beverage, and hotel provided resources. All off-site or additional activities you will be responsible for. The hotel can provide you a full list of included items

CostRates for the trip are based on single or double occupancy.

Double Occ:The cost is 2,500 IB Reward Dollars or $2,500 less any redeemed IB Reward Dollars. These rates provide you with a luxury room and amenities. There are few room choices for upgrade - details in RSVP form.

Single Occ:The cost is 2,000 IB Reward Dollars or $2,000 less any redeemed IB Reward Dollars. These rates provide you with a luxury room and amenities. There are few room choices for upgrade - details in RSVP form.

What about airfare and travel?You are responsible for airfare and travel arrangements. As part of the package, airport transfers are included to/from hotel and airport on incoming and outgoing travel days.

What about trip insurance? An IB representative will follow up for a credit card number to hold the reservation and to charge $199 for travel insurance. (IB is also paying $99 per traveler to ensure the trip is secured from both parties.) Our policy only covers those who have a medical or legal note. More details to follow.

Can I use IB Reward Dollars for my airfare?YES – you must purchase the tickets and then submit the details and receipts to IB Roof Systems Web Form Here . IB will process a credit to your account 5-10 business days.

What if I don’t have enough IB Reward Dollars?No problem. You may either purchase more IB membrane – OR pay the difference of the trip via credit card.

How do I check My Reward Balance?

To check the balance of your IB Reward Dollars please check your monthly statement or contact your local IB sales and marketing administrator at 800.426.1626. IB Reward Dollar balances will be confirmed on December 1st, 2020 and your credit card will only be charged at that time if there is an insufficient IB Reward Dollar balance.

How do I earn more reward dollars?IB Reward Dollars are earned at the rate of $1 dollar for every square of IB PVC membrane purchased. #BuyMoreIBMembrane

Are there any events that are mandatory?No. However, we highly encourage the attendance of the 2-3 hour contractor meeting (on one day) to participate in a very educational and informational session that will help propel your business and opportunities.

What can my spouse do during this meeting?We have a special event planned for spouses and significant others. More details will follow to make this a fun and engaging time.

How do I submit a project for an award nomination for the awards banquet?A form will be provided In July (TBD) and submit for approval. Let your sales rep know you have submitted or want to submit and they may assist you.
