南京航空航天大学　　陈仲 (Zhong Chen)

CHEN Zhong was born in 1975. He received the B.S.

and M.S. degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology

(HIT) in 1997 and 1999, respectively in Electrical

Engineering, and the Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang

University in 2005, in Power Electronics.

Dr. Chen has been engaged in the teaching and

research in the filed of Power Electronics from 2006 in Nanjing University of

Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA). He is currently an associate professor

in NUAA. His research interests include high efficiency power converters and

power quality control techniques. He has published more than 50 technical

papers at Journals or international conferences and holds 10 Chinese

patents.

He received the scientific and technological progress awards from the Ministry

of Industry and Information Technology in 2010. He is a Member of The

Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

浙江大学　　陈敏 (Min Chen)

Min Chen was born in 1976. He received the B.S.

degree from Zhejiang University in 1998. From Sep.

1998 to July 2000, studied in college of electrical

engineering of Zhejiang University for the master

course. And in Sep. 2000, he became a doctor

student, and received the Ph.D. degree in March

2004 in Zhejiang University, in Electrical Engineering.

Dr. Min Chen has been engaged in the teaching and research in the filed of

Power Electronics from 2004 in Zhejiang University. He has been an

associate professor since 2007 in Zhejiang University. His research interests

are power electronics conversion and Power quality control techniques. He

has published over 40 technical papers.

哈尔滨工业大学 李浩昱(Haoyu Li)

Haoyu Li was born in 1974. He received the B.S, M.S.

degrees in electrical engineering and Ph.D. degree in

control science and engineering from Harbin Institute of

Technology in 1995, 1997, and 2001, respectively. Since 2002, he has been

with the Department of Electrical and Engineering, Harbin Institute of

Technology (HIT), where he is currently a professor and the director of the

Institute of Power Conversion and Control.

Dr. Li has been engaged in the teaching and research in the field of Power

Electronics from 2002 in HIT, and his research interests are Power conversion

and control technology in harsh environment, Modeling, analysis and design

of switched-mode power converters, including advanced control method and

digital implementation, Data mining and integration of complex signal,

characteristics extraction and analysis of complex mixed-signal.

Dr. Li is currently in charge of the teaching and research of several courses,

e.g. Modeling and Control of Power Electronics System, Power Quality

Analysis and Control Technology, etc. Dr. Li is with an award of Excellent

Education Results of Heilongjiang Province in 2007, and an award of National

Undergraduate Industrial automation challenge, as tutor, in 2012. Dr. Li has

published over 30 technical papers and owned 9 patents in China.

南京航空航天大学　　郝振洋 (Hao Zhenyang)

Hao Zhenyang was born in 1981. He received the B.S.

degrees from Nanjing Normal University in 2004, in

Electrical Engineering, and Ph.D. degree from Nanjing

University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2010, in

Power Electronics and Motion Drive.

Dr. Hao has been engaged in the teaching and research in the filed of Motion

Drive from 2010 in Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics

(NUAA). He has been an associate professor since 2013 in NUAA. His

current research interests include permanent mengnet motor design, direct

torque control and fault tolerant control techniques. He has published over 20

technical papers.

Dr. Hao was awarded the scientific and technology achievement in

aeronautics for the project of permanent magnet fault tolerant motor drive

system in 2011. He has been PI or Co-PI for over 10 reseach projects since

2010.

清华大学　蒋晓华 (JIANG Xiaohua)

JIANG, Xiaohua, was born in 1963. She

received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in

Electrical Engineering from Xian Jiaotong

University, Xian, China in 1984 and 1987

respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in

Electrical Engineering from Institute of

Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of

Sciences, Beijing, China in 1990.

She worked in IRC in Superconductivity, Cambridge University, Cambridge,

UK in 1994-1995 as a Royal Society K C Wong Fellow, and in the National

Lab in Superconductivity, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China in

1995-1996 as a K C Wong visiting scientist.

In 1996, she joined the Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua

University, Beijing, China as an associate professor. She became a professor

in 2001. Her research interests include Power Electronics, Electro-magnetics,

Applied Superconductivity, and MRI systems.

Dr. Jiang published over 60 technical papers including 17 in IEEE

Transactions. She holds 9 China patents. She has been teaching the course

of Power Electronics for undergraduate students since 1997.

华中科技大学　　林新春 (Lin Xinchun)

Lin Xinchun was born in 1974. He received the B.S. and

Ph.D. degrees from Huazhong University of Science and

Technology(HUST) in 1998 and 2003, respectively in

Electrical Engineering. From 2003 to 2006, he worked at

Santak Electronic (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd as a senior engineer.

Since 2006, he has been engaged in the teaching and

research in the field of power electronics in HUST.

Dr. Lin has been an associate professor since 2008 in HUST, his research

interests include power electronic converter and power electronic applications

in power systems. He has completed a number of domestic and international

projects, and has published more than 30 technique papers.

南京航空航天大学　　张卓然 (ZHANG Zhuoran)

ZHANG Zhuoran was born in 1978. He received

the B.S. degree in measurement engineering from

Nanjing University of Aeronautics and

Astronautics(NUAA) in 2000, the M.S. and Ph.D.

degrees in electrical engineering from NUAA, in

2003 and 2009, respectively.

Dr. Zhang has been engaged in the teaching and research in the filed of

Power Electronics and Electrical Drives from 2003 in NUAA. He has been a

professor since 2010, and currently is served as the vice director of the

Department of Electrical Engineering, NUAA. His research interests include

hybrid excitation electrical machine systems and reluctance machine systems,

especially applied to renewable power and aeronautical power supply

systems. He has published over 40 technical papers, and over 20 papers are

indexed by SCI/EI, and co-authored a book, Construction and Operation

Principle of Hybrid Excitation Electrical Machine. Dr. Zhang also holds twelve

patents authorized in these areas.

Dr. Zhang is with a National Technology Innovation Second Award for the

project of Doubly Salient Electrical Machine and Its Starter/Generator System,

awarded by China's State Council, 2009, and an award of Excellent Youth

Scholars of NUAA in 2010.

华中科技大学　　戴珂 (DAI KE)

DAI KE received the B. Tech. degree from the Huazhong University of

Science & Technology, Wuhan, Hubei, People’s Republic of China, in 1990,

the M.Sc. degree from the Wuhan University of Science & Technology in 1998

and the Ph.D. degree from the Huazhong University of Science & Technology

in 2003.

From 1990 to 1995, he was an assistant electric engineer in the Institute of

Wuhan Marine Electric Power Propulsion. He is currently an Associate

Professor in the Division of Applied Electronic Engineering, the College of

Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Huazhong University of Science &

Technology, where he is also the Vice-Chairman of Research Center of

Advanced Power Electronics. He is the author or coauthor of more than 50

papers and is the holder of 2 issued patents.

His current research interests include applications of power electronics for

power quality, power reliability, and utility and industrial applications. Dr. Dai

Ke was the recipient of the 2010 Innovation Award from Hubei Science and

Technology Bureau for contributions in Active Power Filter and Static VAR

Compensator. He is the senior member of the Chinese Electrician Society and

the Chinese Power Supply Society.

浙江大学电气工程学院　陈恒林 (Henglin Chen)

Henglin Chen was born in 1979. He received the

B.S. and M.S. degrees in material science and

engineering from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in

2000 and 2003, respectively. He received the Ph.D.

degree in electrical engineering from Zhejiang

University, Hangzhou, China, in 2007.

Between Jan. 2008 and Sep. 2009, he worked in

college of electrical engineering in Zhejiang University as a post-doctoral

researcher. In Oct. 2009, he joined the faculty of Power Electronics Institute of

Zhejiang University as a lecturer. His main research field is electromagnetic

compatibility (EMC) in power electronic systems, including EMI modeling and

prediction, EMI filter design, and system EMC optimization. He has authored

or coauthored more than ten papers in international journals and conference

proceedings.

Dr. Chen obtained research projects sponsored by National Natural Science

Foundation of China, Science Foundation of Chinese University, and China

Postdoctoral Science Foundation, respectively. He was invited to give

speeches on EMC issues in several power electronics companies. He is a

reviewer of the IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics and a reviewer of the

IEEE Transactions on Electromagnetic Compatibility.

华中科技大学　　裴雪军 (Xuejun Pei)

Xuejun Pei was born in 1978. He received the

B.S. degree, the M.S. degree and Ph.D. degree

in electrical engineering from Huazhong

University of Science and Technology(HUST),

Wuhan, China, in 1998, 2001, and 2004,

respectively.

Dr. Pei has been engaged in the teaching and

research in the filed of Power Electronics from

2004 in HUST. He has been an associate professor since 2006 in HUST. His

research interests focus on high power converter, EMC issue, fault diagnosis

of power electronics and the related control techniques. He has published

over 30 technical papers.

Dr. Pei is with two award of scientific and technology achievement for the

project of the crucial technology research of parallel, grid-connected PWM

inverter in moderate and low power, awarded by China Machinery Industry

Federation, 2008, and the control research of ground current in submarine,

awarded by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, 2009.

华中科技大学 林桦 （LIN Hua）LIN Hua was born in 1964. She received the B.S. in industrial automation

from Wuhan University of Technology in 1984, the

M.S. in electrical engineering from Naval University of

Engineering, Wuhan, in 1987, and the Ph.D. degree in

electrical engineering from Huazhong University of

Science and Technology (HUST), in 2005. From 1987

she had worked as a Lecturer and Associate

Professor in the department of electrical engineering at Naval University of

Engineering. Since 1999, she joined the college of electrical and electronic

engineering in HUST, and in 2005 she became a Professor.

LIN hua has been engaged in the research and teaching in the filed of

Power Electronics and Electric Drive. Her research interests include large

power, high performance AC motor drives, novel power converters and their

control, and computer testing and control. She has published over 30

technical papers, and holds a Chinese patent on the control device of matrix

converter. She won two second prizes of national scientific and technology

achievement in 1996 and in 2003.

LIN hua is a senior member of Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, and served as vice-director of the Department of Applied Electronic Engineering, HUST.

浙江大学　　姚文熙 (Yao Wenxi)

YAO Wenxi was born in 1977. She received the

B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Zhejiang University in

2000 and 2006, respectively in Applied Electronics

and Electrical Engineering,

Dr. Yao worked as post-doctor in Zhejiang

University from 2006 to 2008, and then was engaged in the teaching and

research in the filed of Power Electronics from 2008 in Zhejiang University. He

has been an associate professor since 2009 in Zhejiang University. His

research interests are Multilevel Inverter and System Integration of Power

Electronics.

Dr. Yao has participated in several important projects including national

key project and international cooperation project. He has published over 50

technical papers, and over 20 papers are indexed by SCI/EI.

清华大学　　孙凯 (SUN Kai)

Dr. SUN Kai was born in Beijing in 1977. He

received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in

electrical engineering from Tsinghua

University, Beijing, China, in 2000, 2002, and

2006, respectively. In Aug-Oct 2001 and Jul-

Oct 2002, he was a Visiting Scholar in Meiji

University, Kawasaki, Japan totally for six

months. From April 2006 to Jan 2008, he

worked in the State Key Lab of Power

Systems, Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University as a

postdoctoral researcher. In Feb 2008, he joined the faculty of Department of

Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University as a Lecturer.

Dr. SUN has been engaged in the research and teaching in the filed of

power electronics. His research interests are novel power converters, high

performance AC motor drives and renewable energy generation.

Since 2006, he has been in charge of a project sponsored by National

Natural Science Foundation of China (50607012) and several other R&D

projects cooperated with international corporations on power electronics. He

has authored a book, Matrix Converter and Its Application, and published over

40 technical papers, including 2 papers indexed by SCI. Dr. SUN also holds a

patent on the control strategy of matrix converter.

Dr.SUN received an award in the competition of 3rd “Challenge Cup”

Capital College Student Academic and Scientific Works for the project of

Novel AC-AC Matrix Converter, awarded by the science and technology office

of Beijing City, 2005. He is a member of IEEE.

南京航空航天大学　　张方华 (Fanghua Zhang)

ZHANG Fanghua was born in 1976. He received

the B.S. degree in automation and electrical engineering

from Jinan University, Jinan, China, in 1995, and the

Ph.D degrees in electrical engineering from Nanjing

University of Aeronautics & Astronautics (NUAA),

Nanjing, China in 2004.

Dr. Zhang joined the Aero-Power Sci-tech Center,

Collge of Automation Engineering, NUAA, in June 2004 as a lecturer and

became an Associate Professor in March 2006.

His research focuses on DC-DC converter, high-performance

aeronautical static inverter for aerospace applications, and power electronic

systems stability and power quality. He has published over 20 technical

papers.

Dr. Zhang is with an award of scientific and technology achievement for

the project of Modular Aeronautics Static Inverter, awarded by Commission Of

Science Technology and Industry for National Defense, 2006.

西安交通大学 卓放（Fang Zhuo）

ZHUO Fang was born in ShangHai, on May,

1962. He received his B.S. degree from Xi’an

JiaoTong University in 1984, and then he joined

Xi’an JiaoTong University. In 1989 and 2001, he

received his M.S. and Ph.D. degree respectively in

Automation and Electrical Engineering in Xi’an

JiaoTong University. In 2004, he worked as a visiting

scholar in Nanyang Polytechnic University. He was an Associate Professor

with Xi’an JiaoTong University in 1996, and a Full Professor in power

electronics and drives in 2004. He is also the associate Dean of the Faculty of

Industry Automation.

Professor Zhuo’s research interests are power electronics, power quality,

active power filter, reactive power compensation etc. He is the author or

coauthor of more than 140 publications, more than 30 papers was indexed by

SCI, EI and ISTP, in his research fields, and he is also the coauthor of two

handbooks. He is the key finisher of two projects sponsored by National

Natural Science Foundation of China, and more than 40 projects cooperated

with companies from industry.

Professor Zhuo is a member of IEEE, China Electro technical Society,

Automation Society and Power supply Society.

清华大学 姜新建（Jiang Xinjian）

Jiang Xinjian, male, was born in Jiangsu province in

1964. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees of Electrical

Engineering from Tsinghua University respectively in 1987

and 1999.

Jiang Xinjian has been engaged in the teaching and

research on Power Electronics and Electric Drive in Electrical Engineering

Department of Tsinghua University from 1987. He has been a associate

professor since 2001. His research interests are power electronics conversion

and control techniques in the field of wind energy system, power quality and

electric vehicle. He is with an award of scientific and technology achievement

for the project of electric driver for electric vehicle, awarded by the science

and technology office of Beijing in 1998. He has obtained three chinese invent

patents. He has published a book (partly) and over 60 technical papers

Ma, Hao was born in 1969. He received the B.S.,

M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Zhejiang University,

Hangzhou, China, in 1991, 1994 and 1997 respectively,

all in Electrical Engineering.

Since 1997, he worked as a lecturer and associate professor at Zhejiang

University. His research interests include Advanced Control in Power

Electronics, Fault Diagnosis of Power Electronic Circuits and Systems, and

Application of Power Electronics.

Dr. Ma authored a book Automatic Fault Diagnosis of Power Electronic

Equipments, a textbook Power Electronic Technology and published over 90

technical papers.

Dr. Ma is a member of IEEE, and served as vice-director of Technology

Committee of Electrical Machines Power Association Society of Zhejiang

Province and Deputy Director of the Applied Electronics Department, Zhejiang

University.

北京交通大学电气工程学院　葛宝明 (Baoming Ge)

Baoming Ge was born in Shanxi, China, in 1971.

He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering

from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2000.

From 2000 to 2002, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of

Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China.

He joined the School of Electrical Engineering of Beijing Jiaotong

University, China, as a lecturer in May of 2002 and has been an associate

professor since December of 2002. From Feb. of 2004 to Feb. of 2005, he

was a visiting scholar in the Department of Electrical Engineering, University

of Coimbra, Coimbra, Portugal.

His research interests include permanent magnet synchronous and

switched reluctance motors, real-time control of electrical machines, power

electronics systems, nonlinear control theories and applications to electric

drives, and power transformer protection. He has authored or co-authored

over 50 technical papers.

XING Yan was born in 1964. She received the

B.S. and M.S. degrees from Tsinghua University in

1985 and 1988, respectively in Automation and

Electrical Engineering, and the Ph.D. degree from Nanjing University of

Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2000, in Electrical Engineering.

Dr. Xing has been engaged in the teaching and research in the filed of

Power Electronics from 1988 in Nanjing University of Aeronautics and

Astronautics(NUAA), except in 2001-2002 worked as a postdoctoral

researcher in Dept. of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University. She has

been a professor since 2003 in NUAA. Her research interests are power

electronics conversion and embedded control techniques. She authored a

book, High Frequency Switching Power Conversion, and a textbook(partly),

Principle and Application of Microcomputers, and has published over 40

technical papers.

Dr.Xing is with an award of scientific and technology achievement for the

project of Control for UPS in Redundant Parallel Operation, awarded by the

science and technology office of Jiangsu Province, 2002, and an award of

excellent course for the course of Power electronics, awarded by the

educational office of Jiangsu, 2004.

哈尔滨工业大学　　马洪飞 (Hongfei Ma)

MA Hongfei was born in 1972. He received the B.S.

and Ph.D. degrees from Harbin Institute of

Technology (HIT) in 1993 and 2002, and the M.S. degree from Harbin

University of Science & Technology in 1996, all in Electrical Engineering.

From 1996 to now, he is a university teacher at Department of Electrical

Engineering, HIT. Starting in 2003, he became an Associate Professor at HIT,

and now is the Vice-Director of the Institute of Power Electronics & Electrical

Drives of HIT. He has been engaged in the teaching and researches in the

Power Electronics area for ten years and his research interests are power

electronics conversion techniques in renewable energies and adverse effects

of PWM frequency converter driving systems. He has been investigated many

projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation Project of China,

National High Technology Research & Development Program of China (863

Program), and international or domestic cooperation projects. He coauthored

a textbook, Major English for Electrical Automation. He published over 30

technical papers and 4 patents.

Dr. Ma was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harbin Power Plant Equipment Group

Corporation from December 2002 to December 2004 involving in the research

of variable speed constant frequency doubly-fed induction generator wind

power system. He was a Senior Instructor at Siemens Automation Training

Center, Harbin (SATCH), China, from Jan. 2000 to June 2006. He will be a

visiting scholar at Institute of Energy Technology, Aalborg University,

Denmark, from August 2006 to September 2007 financially supported by Delta

Visiting Scholarship of Delta Environment & Education Foundation (in 2005).
