11. Align the E&G grille into the opening and press thelower mounting studs into the holes drilled in thebumper cover to secure the bottom edge.

8. Once the paint is dry, cut out and align the suppliedtemplate for the lower mounting hole locations andtape it in place. Use an awl or similar pointed tool andmark the bumper cover at all three mounting hole loca-tions (see arrows).

9. Drill through the marks made in the bumper cover witha 1/8 drill bit.10. Enlarge the top and side factory grille mounting holes to3/8 (not shown).

12. Align the E&G Mesh Grilles middle mounting studs withthe factory enlarged mounting holes in the bumpercover before you align the upper mounting studs withthe enlarged factory mounting holes.13. Once all the mounting studs are passed through theenlarged factory mounting holes, install black plasticwashers and 8-32 ESNA lock nuts and tighten.

14. Clean the top of the stainless surround and emblem sur-round with alcohol to remove grease, fingerprints, etc.Install the supplied double faced tape ring to the back ofthe emblem surround. Align the E&G supplied emblemsurround. Peel back a small section from each piece ofdouble faced tape, align the emblem surround, pull outthe tape backing and press the emblem surround firmlyinto place.

15. Make sure to thoroughly clean the emblem recess withalcohol to remove grease and fingerprints. Peel the back-ing from the E&G emblem and install the emblem in thecenter of the E&G emblem surround.
