    DISPLAYER INFORMATION 2006 THE ENTIRE AREA WILL BE CARPETED TABLES WILL HAVE WHITE TOPS AND SKIRTS Included with the registration fee is attendance (for one) to all the functions, Reception on November 1, Lunch and Dinner on November 2, coffee breaks throughout, and a copy of the proceedings. Displayers may bring a second, third, or fourth person (to staff the booth) HOWEVER, there will be a charge of $150.00 per additional person (for meals) NOT included with the $150 is proceedings. DISPLAY AREA OPENS FOR SET UP NOON WEDNESDAY
