Our Nuvian wheelset competes with the most expensive wheels on the market at a fraction of the price. It features a standard Aerohead rim on the front and the Aerohead O/C rim in the rear. Its comes standard with black rims, black Velocity sealed bearing hubs, black double butted stainless steel spokes and silver brass nipples. We offer a 24 spoke radial laced front and 28 spoke rear for 650c and 32 spoke rear for 700c. Both are built 3 cross. All of our road wheelsets are either Shimano or Campagnolo compatible. Though this is our standard setup, we do have other colors and drillings available.

New for this year is our Helios wheelset. The Helios features the Aerohead and Aerohead O/C rims, but uses new lightweight hub and upgraded spokes. The Ti Grey Velocity sealed bearing hubs are laced to black Sapim CX-Ray bladed spokes and silver alloy nipples to create the ultimate performance wheelset. The Helios comes with a 24 spoke radial laced front and a 28 spoke 3 cross rear and is either Shimano or Campagnolo compatible. We think it looks best with our Ti Grey rims, but we do have other colors available.

If you need one wheelset to do it all, then the Deep V is the one. The aerodynamic deep section design, also gives it great strength and reliability. This wheel can handle training, racing, commuting and touring all in the same day. Our standard setup comes with a black Deep V rim, laced with black 14g stainless steel spokes, silver brass nipples and our black Velocity sealed bearing hubs. The Deep V comes with 32 spokes in the front and rear in both 650c and 700c, but we do have other drillings available. Either Shimano or Campagnolo compatible.

The Fusion wheelset if for those that need something more robust than the Nuvian, but not as heavy duty as the Deep V. Though lighter than the Deep V, the Fusion retains those strength and durability characteristics. The Fusions are built with black 14g spokes and black sealed cartridge bearing hub laced to a black Fusion rim. Either Shimano or Campagnolo compatible.

The Spartacus Pro is the deluxe version of the original Spartacus. The Pro also uses the Deep V rim, but this one has a sleek black anodized finish. It features our black Velocity sealed bearing hubs, black 14g stainless steel spokes and silver brass spoke nipples. Available in both 650c and 700c. The Spartacus Pro can be upgraded to either black double butted spokes or Sapim CX-Ray black bladed spokes.

Continuing in the Spartacus line is the Uriel. Named for the archangel of fire, the Uriel was designed with quickness and intensity in mind. The Uriel uses the Fusion rim, black Velocity sealed bearing hubs, black 14g spokes and silver brass nipples. Like the Spartacus Pro, the Uriel can be upgraded to either double butted or Sapim CX-Ray bladed spokes. The Uriel is available in both 650c and 700c using a 20 spoke front and a 24 spoke rear.

Our track wheels are second to none. Our track hubs accept a fixed gear on one side and a freewheel on the other, and come with the lock ring provided. We offer a variety of options in our track wheel line, but each wheel is build with black 14g stainless steel spokes, and silver brass nipples laced to our 32 hole track hubs. Everything else is up to you. Our track wheels come standard with non-machined rims. Deep V track wheels are available in a full array of colors, with or without a machined brake surface.

New to the lineup is our Tandem Disc wheelset. This set features a 40 spoke disc front and 40 spoke disc rear. The rear hubs are available with 140 or 145mm spacing to fit your needs. Weather your trips lead you around the county or the country, the Dyad is the best wheelset available. Using the Dyad rim, this wheelset is strong and durable without adding weight to your already loaded bike. It features 14g stainless steel spokes, brass nipples and sealed bearing hubs that are available in 130mm or 135mm spacing. Our standard setup comes in all black with 32 spokes in the front and 32 spoke in the rear. If you’d rather, we have other colors and other drillings available.

Our repair wheels are simply the best available. These moderately priced wheels are given the same attention as our higher priced wheels. They are hand built with silver 14g stainless steel spokes, silver brass nipples and easily serviceable ball and cone hubs. The Glider is available in 700c and is ideal for hybrid bikes. The Twin Hollow comes in either 700c or 27” to satisfy either need. Our 26” Triple V will get your mountain bike rolling again. All wheels are made from the same 6000 series aluminum as our other race proven rims. Each wheel is available in a 36 spoke front and rear. The rear wheels are available with a standard 8/9 speed or a thread on freewheel hub. They are also available in either 130mm spacing or 135mm spacing.

The appropriately named “Heavy Metal” is the perfect wheelset for unbeatable strength and durability. Designed primarily as a downhill wheelset, the Heavy Metal uses the Psycho rim, black Velocity sealed bearing disc hubs, black 14g stainless steel spokes and silver brass nipples. These wheels can take all the punishment you can dish out and keep coming back for more. Front wheel also available with a 20mm thru axle.

The VXC wheelset is a superb, lightweight cross country pair of wheels. We use our Velocity sealed bearing disc hubs, black stainless steel double butted spokes and black brass nipples. This wheelset is compatible with disc brakes only, due to the design of the rim. It cannot be used with rim brakes. The Thracian was designed specifically for recumbents that use 406mm (20 x 1.5) front wheels and 559mm (26 x 1.5) rear wheels. This wheelset is part of the Spartacus series and offers a lightweight paired spoke design. It comes standard with black 14g stainless steel spokes, silver brass nipples, black Velocity sealed bearing hubs all laced to a specially made Aeroheat rim. The rear spacing for the Thracian is 135mm.

VELOPLUgSThe Veloplug is an amazing new invention, international patents pending. Why wrap your complete rim with a roll of heavy cloth tape when for less than half the weight you can use the Veloplug.

Incredible blow out strength and takes well over 400psi. Tires start to fail long before the Veloplug.

Tire mounting is easier with the Veloplug. Rim strips take up a lot of space making tires more difficult to mount. With the sleek and slippery Veloplug, a difficult to mount tire becomes easy.

Spoke replacement is simplified as there is no need to remove a sticky strip. Just pop out the Veloplug over the offending spoke and pop it back in when repairs are complete. They can be used over and over.

The Veloplug fits any rim with a nominal 8mm web hole. This covers most of the Velocity range as well as many ‘Brand X’ rims.

Sold in packets of 72 for retails sales or in bulk packs of 1000 for shop use.

Legs clip in so the Veloplug will not fall out when changing a tire.

WHEEL BAgSVelocity now offers wheel bags! Ideal for storing extra wheels or for protecting them when traveling. The double wheel bag features two separate zippered compartments. Each compartment is lined to keep grease and dirt off the bag itself. Reinforced center wall patches help keep hubs protected. A small zippered pouch is included to hold skewers, a spare tube or other small items. The wheel bag has two carry handles that Velcro together, and a detachable shoulder strap for carrying.
