Competition:

•Sprint Competition: flying start speed trial 400m approach, 100m time trial

•Endurance Competition: 65 km, each rider at least 5km

•Design Competition: design report, oral presentation (testing, analysis, safety, etc…)

1. Design and fabricate HPV which will be highly competitive in sprint, endurance and design competitions at 2007 ASME HPV Challenge

2. Use 2006 PSU-HPV as benchmark to improve upon for 2007 competition
